Iberostar Grand Rose Hall

I personally can not express enough my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at the Iberostar hotel. My stay has exceeded my expectations. Staying at the Iberostar star felt like home away from home. I stayed at the grand, which gave you exclusive access to the other two hotels on site. The scenery, the ambient, the beach, the pool, the atmosphere, the food, the music, and the weather. This hotel is breathtaking and awesome. The staff is brilliant , checking in went smoothly. I was greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. This hotel is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The room and the bed were equally comfortable. The bedding and the towels were comfy and soft against your skin. The entire staff, housekeepers, cleaners, securities, and the chef 👨‍🍳 were excellent. The food is excellent and there's lots of different types of cuisine to choose from, which is really good. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I was given during my stay. There's absolutely no question about returning back to the Iberostar in the very near future. Money well spent. Iberostar is simply the best !!!!! You are in my top 10 hotel. I am a solo traveller travelling from Europe to Africa, South East Asia, Canada, America, and the Caribbean. I have stayed in 5 Stars Hotel, and this is my first time staying at the Iberostar. I have absolutely no regret booking this hotel. Thumps up.

Restaurants Comfortable beds Cabanas by pool Nice beach

Agreeing to waste a few hours of vacation for the club membership. Don't go unless you like time shares and high pressure. Dessert not that good

The pools were clean and well kept and the proximity to the beach was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious as was the hotel itself.

The restaurants were pretty average, but the buffet had some good breakfast and lunch options. The staff was friendly and helpful, but could be a bit overbearing both at check-in and butlers. It would have been nice to get a map of the grounds and be told there were additional swimming pools in the Suites section.

I loved that all the stuff were close by to the rooms. The food is always great. Great for couples and group trips.

They had a strict dress code for dinner despite being an adult only hotel, so don’t plan to be too sexy for dinner - top and bottom covered with opague clothing.

room was spacious and attractive with view and swing. the ambience was great and had moments of quiet then activity to meet the entertaining needs of all. gardening well manicure and breath taking. lighting at nights was romantic. spa, pools and dining areas, caffe was AWESOME 😎

there were limited signs to locate rooms properly. hallways felt like a maze initially and that was frustrating. no functional map of property.

Breakfast buffet is very nice. A large selection of items. Every thing was very fresh. Other International theme dinning options very good as well. Great choices for a week long stay.

Great breakfast buffet, lots of options and delicious local fruits and foods as well as continental options. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Fantastic beachside BBQ foods and drinks. Really friendly and accomodating staff, waiters and bartenders.

Would be nice to have an airport shuttle as opposed to 3rd party options only.

Most of the restaurants were closed. Even tho Jamaican restaurant had a nice brunch buffet daily, would have liked more dinner options. Only 2 dinner restaurants were open one day of our stay. Understand Covid but don’t charge the same amount of money as if everything is open all the time

Everything was great and the cleanliness was super, the staff was accommodating and helpful. The grounds were beautiful, our room was great with a good view of the ocean and pool area. Restaurants were great also.

Fabulous staff and facility. Soooo clean and well maintained . It's really exceptional! We will be happy to return. Food was well presented in every restaurant offering.. These people care and do their jobs beautifully.
