Hotel Postumia

Nice family run hotel clean and everything we needed for a nights stay before leaving for the airport the next morning. Nice size bedroom and bathroom.The owner was very helpful. We caught a bus from Verona 158 bus stop right outside the hotel. We booked a shuttle to the airport provided by the hotel short drive away. We were offered breakfast but we were up and off so didn't book. The hotel lobby is closed from 8pm but you can gain access easily so not a problem. We also spoke with someone who advised there is a train station 5 min walk one stop back to Verona. A couple of bars and restaurants around too all within walking distance.

Both rooms we had were looking out onto the road which is a busy road all through the night so it was noisy if more than one night I'd ask for a room on the other side of the hotel away from the road. We also couldn't get the aircon to work.

We were there to visit Verona and Garda. We both had a car and bikes hence easy access to Verona. We didn't use public transportation. Perfect location to combine these two areas due to easy access to the motorway when not going on the bikes. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely stay in this hotel again, next time we visit the area. Free car park behind a close gate was also a bonus.

Nothing we didn't like.

The staff was very kind and the room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was very good too. The staff advised us for bus tickets which was helpful. There are lovely restaurants very close by, sadly they were closed during our stay.

The only downside of the location was that the public transport to and from Verona was not great. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a train station nearby, but during some parts of the day there was almost no way to get from A to B. Maybe this was because of the Easter holiday though.

The hotel is right next to the bus station, so if you're coming from Verona, it's just perfect! The room was very clean and comfortable, and so was the bathroom. We opted for breakfast too and it was the best decision - diverse and delicious (eggs, ham, cheese, fruits, pastries, gluten-free options, drinks, coffee). Chiara and her family were very friendly and helpful!

The pillows were too thin for our liking, but that depends on how picky you are :)

A clean and pleasant hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Straightforward check-in and check-out. Although the location is not in the center of Verona, the hotel is easily accessible by both bus and train. Connection to the airport by taxi in less than ten minutes. The rooms were clean and well soundproofed. Nothing was heard from the neighbors during the entire stay. The sounds of the street could not be heard in the room. The rooms were cool enough even though it was very hot in Verona during the stay. The breakfast was varied and delicious. A pleasant atmosphere for enjoying breakfast on the outdoor terrace. I could recommend and visit this hotel again.

Just few minutes away from the airport and yet in a very quiet area and close to more restaurants. Despite being on the main road, it's well soundproofed. Vast and secure private parking included in the price.

It was quite warm in the room, even with the heating off. I would also suggest some better corridors lighting when entering from the night entrance.

Our group of 3 persons had a very short stay. The room was well prepared for our arrival. The towels and bed linen were very clean and almost new. The beds were solid. We arrived late, so we were provided with a self check-in instructions which were clear and fairly simple. The communicstion with Chiara was exceptional. She is a very professional and kind person.

Needed somewhere close to the airport for the night, and this hotel was perfect for that. Room was very clean. We had to check in and out during the time when the front desk was closed; the staff was extraordinary and so helpful with making arrangements and getting the city taxes paid since I wasn’t able to pay at checkout as is he norm. Bed was quite comfortable.

The hotel is so close to the airport which was exactly what we needed. The staff were lovely and sorted our airport shuttle no problem. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The receptionist was lovely but we were waiting 20 minutes before we got seen to as she was on the phone. Other than this everything was great.

I really loved the easy communication with the reception and accessibility of the property. Even there was nobody there (the reception is closed Sunday afternoon) I felt very welcomed and well received. The staff was exceptional and kind over the phone and facilitated anything I needed. The closeness to the airport is walkable distance and it was easy to find.
