Excellent breakfast, good variety of hot and cold. Very clean, spacious room with x2 toilets. Plenty to do at the hotel with a 24 hour pool and spa area.

A kettle for tea/coffee in the room would have been much appreciated:) Don’t venture into the pool/spa area with children after 9pm as unfortunately it seemed to be the go to place for couples… Don’t expect anything charming! It is what it is: a large hotel chain that’s a bit like a cruise ship. If you want pool tables and a nightclub type vibe after 10pm then this is for you. Not recommended for anyone wanting peace and quiet

The staff was super nice and welcoming! The room was spacious and comfy! The breakfast is very complete and the lobby super enjoyable for a drink. The location is super convenient, just 10min walk from the city center, in a very quiet area. The facilities are very complete: the sports area has a bit of everything, there's a (small) jacuzzi and the sauna has room for 8 people, with a lot of lounge chairs around to rest.

Our room door (406) didn't close properly so any & all sounds coming from the corridor were heard from the bed as if people were in the room with us. If you want a quiet, relaxed evening drink in the lobby but it's football day, tough luck, the projector is out and fans can be intense. The pool is rather cold and the product used to keep the area clean has a very strong "dirty feet" smell. Small detail: the back of the TV is covered in a thick layer of dust, in case you want to plug in a USB drive or something for casting!

Big, fancy hotel just east from the city centre. We payed 235 for 2 nights with breakfast, which was a good deal. Comfortable room though not too big. Good breakfast and a very good gym, considering this is a hotel.

No coffee and tea facilities in the room, which is a shame for a 4 star hotel. No 'do not disturb sign' in our room, which resulted in the maid cleaning our room when we came back from breakfast. 22 euros for parking is quite ridiculous.

Very modern bathroom, nice view, spacious room, nice they allow us with pets, great location, a lot of activity in the hotel

Reception staff. We asked in the reservation for a double bed and it was neither confirmed nor denied when we made the res. Got there and the unenthousiastic girl gave us the room, went up, surprise surprise twin beds. We didnt touch the room, thinking its a mistake. Went down to reception and the guy who explained in a very rude, monosilabic way there is no other way - just twin beds. We asked why we didnt receive this info while we made the booking, since you have the option to choose, because we would've known and booked something else or decide to make a compromise and come but knowingly. He said he can make the adjustment and we can cancel then ..Friday evening at 8/9 pm after we arrived tired, gee thanks. Anyway, not a nice attitude from reception generally.

- incredibly long check-in process - too low air temperature in the pool area - really cool when outside water

room was clean and spacious, bathrooms were lovely and clean, staff were super helpful, pool and spa area were clean and lovely, breakfast, was fresh tasty and plentiful everyday, cocktails were great. have booked again for next year

would have been nice to have had some kind of privacy screen available to segregate the 2 halves of our room.

- the lobby area consists of a lot of diff. entertainment equipment (Billard, Dart, PS 4 for children also) - 24 hours open fitness / swimming pool - receptionist very friendly - Garage directly at the hotel - breakfast was very good - Location of the Hotel is perfect for doing a walk through the old town

- the floor in the room was not fully clean and this is the only negative remark

The hotel location is close to the market centre but it is still very quiet. Food and bar was very good, the hotel was clean and they have a good pool and spa. The staff were very kind and most speak English.

The curtains in the room needed to be bigger. The legs of the table in the room were facing outwards from all angles making it a trip hazard. For the money paid, i expected the room to have at least a kettle and a small fridge.

The hotel was very nice. The lobby was quite impressive because it was super spacious with a large bar area and pool table. Very inviting. In the garage were two EV chargers that cost just 5€ extra to the parking fee. Great offer!

I would’ve liked to see a fridge and safe in the room. The EV charger is only single phase (3,7kW) and thus very slow. Too slow to fully charge cars with bigger batteries overnight.

PentaHotel Leipzig mostly met my expectations, but the slow and unreliable Wi-Fi (at least in my room) and the weak air conditioning were disappointing. Good location, rich breakfast, sufficiently equipped gym and super friendly staff.
