It was a lovely hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast. The members of the staff working in the morning was very smiling, polite and the man in the kitchen was so sweet to come out and tell us about the cherry putting.

We arrived late in the evening at the person at the front desk, a man (who wasn’t wearing the same outfit as the members of the staff we meet the next morning) wasn’t a people person. He seemed very angry and annoyed. He didn’t speak one bit English, only German, and I really don’t understand why a hotel accommodating tourists, hires a man who can’t speak English. Luckily I understood his angry mumbling German. He couldn’t provide any kind of help, where to park our car, he only told us that our room was on the 4 th floor, not where the stairs or elevator was, and he didn’t tell us when the breakfast buffet was open from and till. I was a very unpleasant experience, and I don’t see us coming back.

The Staff were exceptional helpful and were looking after us at all Times. Nothing was to much...in all my years of travelling it was an experience one of its kind. I must thank the Team again.

Improved could be the aircondition in the rooms and a little play area for kids (an open room) where the bookshelf is, would give the kids more endurance and the parents time in the restaurant- only an idea!

I somehow ended up with a massive two-bedroom suite with a huge lounge and two balconies, which for €166 was very good value. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is great, less than five minutes’ walk from the main station.

The card machine wasn’t working which meant I had to try and call them later to pay, which turned into a bit of a faff, then they tried to charge me for two nights when I only stayed one.

The two bedroom suite was particularly convenient for us as we were 3 generations travelling for holiday purposes. The space was excellent. We had a one night stay so the 'walk in wardrobe' was not used but I can imagine it's useful when staying longer. Breakfast was excellent although the process for obtaining hot drinks was not clear. There is no self service of hot drinks (coffee vending or tea bags/hot water provision), instead drink orders are taken by the waitresses (who were very busy).

Parking charges were relatively high (as they are in most larger cities). This does add to the overall price quite significantly. Hot drink provision at breakfast could be improved.

Very luxury room, everything looks like new and is very beautiful. We stayed in a room for 3 and it´s huge! there are two different rooms (without door) and one TV for each, coffee/tee and a refrigerator. Normal hotel breakfast, you have a lot of options but nothing fancy. Location is great at walking distance to the city center.

They use some kind of authentication after connecting to the Wi-Fi and I couldn`t make the TV stick work. Just few people working in the breakfast. So you have to wait because there are free tables but there is no cutlery, napkins or coffee. The instant coffee served in those thermic bottles is really terrible. I understand this is a german thing, but several hotels have a decent coffee machine even in Germany. There is no air conditioner and this is the biggest minus for this hotel. During summer it's really hot and it's uncomfortable to sleep. Parking is expensive and there is no free option available, even that one close to the train station is paid now. Surprisingly they don´t offer you free water in the room as most of the hotels do.

The room was spacy wiith balcony, where can enjoy with cup of coffee any moment of the day! The location is good, except the busy trafick on working day morning.

I missed nuts, fresh and/or dried fruits and seeds at breakfast buffet. There were not sleepers and shoe blade in room.

We liked the location. Our room was spacious and nice. Staff was kind.

The baby cot was not ready in the room upon our arrival which is not a big problem. But after we asked for it again, it was waiting for us jjst behind the entrace to the room, in the middle, and the sheet was dirty, as if it was not changed from the previous baby sleeping in it. That was a bit weird. And we would expect better pillows in a hotel of such category.

Helpful staff, spacious room with a nice view, good breakfast with local specialities. Location is great, 5min walk to the centre or main station.

Bed can be more comfortable, double bed is two singles together, so it's moving. Necessary to change pillows for a new one.

Big and fashionable rooms with quality furnishing. Breakfeast was amazing. Well place in city center, close to station, shopping and restaurants. Good value for money for a luxury stay.

No air-conditioning (38c) so had to have windows open which gave a lot of street noise, especially from the street tram.

Super location, luxurious rooms with balcon.

WIFI is very bad, signal in the room was very week. I waste 1 hour after 10 minutes of arrival trying to convince the receptionist to change my room that has no Internet signal at all. He pretended that hotel is fully booked, after 1 hour he gave me another room with weak WIFI signal.
