Brit Hotel Acacias

Perfect location! 7min walk from Arles station and 5min walk to the Arena. There is a lovely lounge area and breakfast area where guests can hang out. Room - Spacious room with basic amenities provided (towels, hairdryer, fridge, aircon, telly etc.). Bed is very comfortable but the pillows could have been a bit fluffier. Service - Room is cleaned daily with fresh towels if needed. Staffs are super friendly and gave me good suggestions for restaurants nearby. Price - very affordable compared to the average in town and the quality of room is very good!

There was not enough counter/shelf space in the bathroom to put products on - I wish there was a small shelf of rack on the side. The shower head holder was located super high up and was non-adjustable so I find it about awkward. No toilet rolls - they provide square toilet tissue from a tissue dispenser instead

The location was amazing. Major grocery store was a two minute walk. Access to the train and buses five minutes away. Good restaurants were located right outside the hotel. Major sites less than five minutes away . The room was clean and the staff was very nice

What a welcome! Every staff member we met was so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location is excellent, just inside the city walls and 5 minute walk to the train station; with locked storage for bikes/car. The buffet breakfast is excellent and in a beautiful room. Plenty of restaurants right outside, and the room was quiet.

The room was small but acceptable.

Free parking is advertised, and yes technically it's true. But you have to park at the train station which is a 5 minute walk. Not a problem, it just should be clearer that there isn't free parking at the hotel. Also, the room should have a teapot for hot water and some glasses to drink from, that is basic.

Hotel in a perfect location on the edge of the old city, close to all the major sites, the river and parking areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any queries. Added bonus having a safe deposit and fridge in the room and vending machines in foyer for out of hours drinks. Comfy bed and enjoyed the buffets breakfasts.

Nice, freshly refurbished hotel and spacious clean, pleasent design room. Location with view of ancient city walls and the river. Good breakfast buffet. Extremely friendly person at the desk named Louis. Interestingly, famous Van Gogh house location is just a crow fly from the hotel outside of the city walls.

Directions to parking were not clear and we wondered a bit late in the night. But parking availability was the plus regardless.

The room was quite nice, with a nice view to a park, a comfortable bed, and greatvshower. The staff, especially Louise were friendly and helpful, including the storage of my luggage for deversl hours after I checked out and before my ride oneard came. Elevator to 3d floor room was appreciated. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and a good value.

Nothing to complain about.

We were travelling by train so it was super convenient, being so close to the station. The town is not large and it was easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also were so close to the station, one day we took a day trip to Nimes - which was so easy and very worthwhile. The staff were lovely. We had a pleasant view out of our window.

Room was a little small (but not unreasonably so having regard to cost) and there was no fridge of any sort or coffee/tea making facilities.

Good location a short walk from the train. On the edge of the old town and right beside the mighty Rhone river. Friendly staff. Standard rooms are small but facilities are clean and the bed is comfortable. The paid breakfast is very comprehensive.

As far as the room size is concerned, what you pay for is what you get.

We stayed at the Brit Hotel Acacias from 28 to 31 August 2021, as we were returning home to Spain after spending most of our holidays in Italy. Our experience was extremely positive. Our room was very clean and in order. The hotel overall is a cosy, pleasant place to stay. The continental breakfast offered a varied selection of food and beverages to choose from, and everything we tasted was of good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had problems during our trip back home, not related to our stay at the hotel, and the staff was very nice and helped us with the language, since we don't speak French very well. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to extend our stay a night more, but the staff were very accommodating about it and had no issues meeting our needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we'll certainly choose the Brit Hotel Acacias again should we return to Arles in the future.
