Arl HOTEL

We liked how it is furnished with repurposed pieces in a modern and fun way. The managers were very nice and helpful. A/c worked very well (a plus we found out in France). Very good breakfast, many choices and plentiful. very close to town and to highway but not noisy because of good window insulation. I would go back

It did not have an elevator and we had some luggage with us that was heavier. However the manager was very helpful and helped us bringing the luggage up and down the stairs. The surroundings are not very pleasant to look around because it’s located right behind a modern complex however the place seemed very safe.

My daughter and I loved this hotel! The reception was exceptional and they had cold beer/wine available right at the front desk! The breakfast was very nice also. The reception area was very cool; had lots of space to just sit and chill 😊 There were books/games, etc... The air conditioned room and beds were very comfortable!

The only thing we didn't like was the distance from the hotel into the town/attractions. We prefer to walk everywhere and this was a pretty long walk, especially when dark at night. However, we didn't try the bus, which we could have done.

It's a basic hotel but great value for money, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff Everything worked as it should, it's great for a short stop 20 mins walk into Arles centre and 10 mins from chain restaurants in the shopping zone where it's situated

It's in an industrial zone which we knew but the walk into Arles is currently past lots of works so not the nicest walk (but nothing to do with the hotel)

The lounge areas inside and outside was wonderful! Very Modern lounge area was a nice comfortable area to sit and relax . The staff really cared about helping us with making our stay the best. We where late getting back one night and they where kind enough to put a bottle of wine in our room. The property and Staff are Excellent . I would definitely recommend this property!

The staff were co siderate, helpful, and obviously enjoyed their service role. I was aware all during my stay of the conviviiality between the Hotel Staff and guests. Always a conversation flowing both ways.

As a city hotrel it has most of what guests would wish for: walking distane to the centre city; comfortable bed and good quality linen; excellent bathrooom and services. Well done to all concerned.

The location is in an activity zone but not far from city center: a 20 minutes walk. It is convenient to have a supermarket nearby and walking to the city center was easy (no cringy neighborhoods). The parking lot included in the price was a big plus. The rooms are cosy and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is nice also, along with a huge TV. The room had a remake recently but the showers are yet to be remade. They are fully functional just not new. I appreciated the very warm shower and the nice breakfast. The common rooms are recently decorated and full of books, board games, even an arcade and a flipper so you can spend a nice family evening at the hotel if needed. The hosts are discreet and helpful. A good stay.

When walking towards city center, there is a street to cross with no passage-way, which can be quite dangerous as the cars are coming from the highway at a high speed. If the 3 hotels in the area were to signal it to the local administration, I am sure they could make a pedestrian cross.

Was good room clean and quiet even though next door to freeway. Breakfast is good value. Nice big bed and air con good. Parking easy a bit of walk to old town but not too hard Good value.

Replace carpet in corridor.

Nice a bit quirky decor. Rooms simple but fine. Management and staff lovely.

Small sink in bathroom. A twenty minute walk into town which is ok but when it’s hot and tired not so good.

It had an arty x relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

It was a bit too far from the city centre. A good walk or infrequent buses but in hot weather it was limiting .

Everything! The art, the attention to detail, the room and bed, the staff, the breakfast etc. It is close to the center as well, which is very convenient.

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like.
