Hôtel Le Clos Badan

Loved the hotel, it was very quite and relaxing. had nice surrounding with a nice pool although it was cold to swim end of June. Definitely recommend trying wine tasting tours unfortunately we didn't have time to try,

Rooms were a little small for a family of four, as we had quite some luggage with us. Breakfast was simple and delicious but would have loved a little more variety. The pool did not have a heating system so it was pretty cold to swim for us but im sure in hotter weather it will be amazing.

The hotel is a little bit like the US motel system with individual adjacent rooms with a separate external front door. We were fetching a puppy from Italy to Belgium and this was an overnight stop. The hotel owner made the puppy and us very welcome; We were the only clients at the time and enjoyed a room service supper and pleasant breakfast in the restaurant. Plenty of nearby walks for dog as the back of the hotel is open countryside. Also nice garden for the warmer weather. We were there in freezing temperatures and the room was warm.

Great place for a stop over enroute to Calais from Cote D'Azure. Close to motorway but quiet and secluded. Pool and basic dinner on terrace - from a menu cooked in Dijon. Nice dog walk over back. Nice wine cellar of local wines. Very friendly receptionist and good service.

Bit close to neighbours and motel like configuration but frankly great for a low cost, stop-over.

Room was OK, not a lot of space, but everything you need. Special note: The staff was very friendly and proposed even a possibility to order a basic dinner in the room, since there are no restaurants anywhere near, unless you want to take you car again and drive. We ppreciated this very much.

We have stayed here a couple of times now, it is a great spot for exploring the great wine make area of Burgundy. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the owners welcoming and helpful. Be aware that it is a little bit away from the "action". You will need a car or bike to get to restaurants and shops. There was a wonderful restaurant right next door, however, this has unfortunately closed.

Set just outside Nuits-Saint-Georges, Hotel Le Clos Badan offered a brilliant over night stop in rural Burgandy. Staff were really helpful and patient with our rusty french and the kids loved having access to a pool. A welcome, peaceful stop for a family of 4.

Perfect transit location for the Route du Soleil. Slightly pricier than the standard French accommodations but worth it! Comfy beds, warm room, hot shower and freshly cooked food brought to the room with an amazing local wine. Very close to the highway and a bakery along the road. Just perfect!

Nice motel style rooms each exiting onto a large garden/pool area with a small private patio for each. Room was a decent size with a small kitchenette with microwave, hot plate and toaster. Very quiet at night. Air conditioning was very nice.

A nice family hotel. It has big yard and parking places. Nice breakfast. Quiet rooms. Swimming Pool. Very nice for relaxing and tour in Burgundy.

Not so much. But, traveller who doesn't have a car may be hard to reach here

Great stopover location on the way to/ from destinations but also worth a longer stay. Simple rooms but with all that is needed and great quality. Amazing wine selection.

Dinner was good but a but expensive for the quality (frozen pizza).
