We wanted a central location in the heart of Beaune - and this was perfect. The view out of the windows was traditional and very 'French'. The hotel is based above a wine shop (that does tastings!) and easy to find. We parked on the street for 24 hrs no problem - although it cost us c.€40. There were five of us - plus a dog - and the space was perfect (although 2 of the 5 beds were a pull-out sofa bed). The air-conditioned rooms were lovely and well appointed; the wifi was strong and all keys / fobs worked easily and first time. We had two bathrooms and both had good showers. The owner recommended a lovely restaurant to try and then provided a delicious French breakfast in the morning. (including multiple croissant runs for my children!) N.B. There was a small parc 2 mins walk away which was perfect for early morning wees for our dog!

The rooms are accessed by a narrow wooden spiral staircase which was a bit tricky with large suitcases. There were lots of knick-knacks in the rooms that looked lovely but were very tempting for little fingers to keep picking up and playing with! The room facing the street was a little noisy when cars went over the cobblestones, but it wasn't too bad if the windows were shut.

The apartment was beautiful. It was spotlessly clean, and had excellent facilities. Our host was wonderful - friendly, thoughtful and very helpful.

The lights on the water heater ought to be covered up as they shine very brightly once the wonderful blinds have been closed. If available, we would recommend a larger apartment for more than 2 people (which the host did point out) but we took the one available. However, it was absolutely fine for 4people for 1 night.

Room was very clean and well kitted out with Towels and amenities its in an exceptionally convenient location to the town and a free car park just less than 5 minutes walk The manageress was very friendly and polite did speak a little English

The only negative is the bathroom is on the mezzanine its very small under the Eaves and open so a lack of privacy The toilet is on the lower floor and opens out into the living/ kitchen area however its not put us off staying there the last few times

Starting with the best feature - Adriane who runs the property! she is amazing. Kind, considerate and helpful and also an excellent sommelier with great recommendations:) She made us feel very welcome and gave us a super breakfast. The property is in a really great location right in the heart of beautiful Beaune. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (2 narrow sets of steps) and we had internet challenges but even with these points the place was worth it and we enjoyed our stay. it’s a very spacious well designed room with a comfortable big bed and everything you need from a desk to an armchair and mini fridge for chilling champagne or wine ;).

internet wasn’t working well (but amazing Adriane helped us out) and it would be good to have milk for coffee but I am sure if we had asked adriane would have given us some!

Location is amazing, just round the corner from the Hospice. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with a/c in the bedrooms and kitchen. We were only there for one night, so did not use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked. Bathrooms were clean and the showers were good.

Slight quirk is that to access one of the bedrooms without going through the other bedroom requires using the small internal balcony. Really not a big deal, but a little unusual

Very very stylish duplex apartment in an incredible central location, lovely staff, free safe parking nearby, powerful shower, good functional kitchenette, lovely street outlook and great restaurants within a few seconds’ walk, air con. Arriving in a gorgeous already chilled room during a heatwave was such a welcome treat!

The sofa bed was big and comfy but did make a creaky sound. That’s the only minor issue with this gorgeous apartment.

Stayed in duplex apartment on way back from Alps. Beaune is a beautiful town, and accommodation is in great central location. Comfortable size for 2 adults & 2 children. Kitchenette allows food preparation , host provided coffee/water, etc. Found a nice bakery for breakfast 3 min walk away. Apartment in charming old building that has been tastefully modernised, there were some low exposed beams which added to the charm, but tall people beware. Very clean.

Our room was spacious and had a good shower and bed. The host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming (and spoke good English, so we didn't have to struggle with our primitive French). The location is perfect, right in the middle of historic Beaune. The building is plainly very old but has been tastefully enhanced. The breakfast was excellent. Free parking is available a few minutes walk away. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

As with any central hotel in an old city parking can be a problem. We were a bit lucky to find a spot.

Very traditional building with a modern apartment! Lots of great details. Location was beyond perfect! We walked everywhere easily and thought the town was filled with good restaurants and great wine! Adriana….. Thank You for all wonderful suggestions for food and sites to see. Dan & Lori

The stairs were boat style steep and narrow. No lift but only on second floor.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom kitchen and huge living room with a large TV. All furniture was super comfortable and in great condition. This is an apartment and it terrific. All renovated in high quality way. Staff is charming and kind and fun and welcoming. Bravo. The location right in the middle of it all in this beautiful and unique town.

The 2 bedrooms are separated by a wall and the headboards are against the same wall. Noise could be an issue.
