Kyriad Bordeaux Lormont

The interior was very modern, clean and attractive. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom very nice. There was lovely pressure from the shower and an option of a bath for those who prefer it. I was allowed to check in early. Breakfast was plentiful, good quality and very well set out. The location is out of town but there is a good tram service into the centre 15 minutes walk away. There were some “chain style” restaurants almost on the doorstep as well as a huge shopping centre. There was good parking outside.

Nothing, I was very satisfied. Despite my satnav I found it hard to locate. Future travellers should look for Buffalo Grill and it is directly next door.

The location was brilliant, as you come out of the hotel there is a Buffalo grill and a complete host of fast food restaurants, including a pizza shop. This hotel is definitely worth a visit, especially if you want to explore Bordeaux as the transport links are great. The locked car park was also good as it gave peace of mind for safety of the motorbike.

Not anything to say here as we had a great experience. We will definitely come back to this hotel as it suited us very well

It’s a small, ordinary hotel close to the road. Nothing special. But it is situated close to Bordeaux, it’s very calm and quiet there. The perfect balance between the price and the quality. The room is small but for 2 persons it’s ok, the mattress is comfortable, for me is very important that there are jalouisie and blind out on the window. It’s very quiet in the room. There is kettle also.

Needs a renovation .

The room was comfortable with a decent bed and a good shower. There was very little external noise.

It was a little difficult to locate the hotel initially using public transport. If we had driven there it would probably have been easier. Trying to find a restaurant open on Saturday night in the immediate vicinity, other than burger joints, proved very difficult. Stalingrad seemed to be the nearest place to find a suitable eaterie.

The air conditioning and the size of the room. The staff was very nice and kept our food in their fridge.

We were looking for a location in the outskirts of Bordeaux so it ticked that box, but the immediate surrounding are not interesting at all, and the restaurants around mainly fast food and cheap value ones.

The staff were very professional and efficient. I have stayed at Kyriad accommodation for years, and I definitely recommend them....they also have fantastic breakfasts available, and the accommodation is just pristine.

There is nothing I dont like.....I shall continue to book Kyriad accommodation!

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed and easy stay

A high price for a no frills stay. Probably because of the rugby World Cup. Breakfast was over priced. It was more than double what we paid in La Rochelle for the same in a very similar hotel

We were attending a concert at Le Rocher de Palmer and the hotel is ideally placed. Five minutes by car from both the venue and also the Buttinière train/tram station for travelling into Bordeaux. The reception staff were unfailingly courteous and friendly. A few restaurants of the fast food/cheap and cheerful variety are next to the hotel.

Perfect place to stay with your dog, we were allocated a room with own garden to sit out with our dog, was perfect, I wanted to just stay there all day but had to get back on road again. Don't expect luxury but very clean and large comfy bed. Breakfast good continental selection . Excellent value for money. Would stay again.

The receptionist was delightful. Very friendly and helpful. Great location for getting into Bordeaux and parking outside the hotel was very convenient and safe. Good WiFi.

Room was slightly on the tight size for the three of us.
