Best Western Premier Why Hotel

We had a family room. The experience was really nice. Breakfast was just good, not too many choices but good enough. The room was very clean and I must say that I love the attention for the little things, for example the towels of the kids were folded as an elephant, and every kid received a small bag with cards game. The location is great and right in the city center . We enjoyed our stay

All the roads to the hotel were blocked because of the gay pride . If we would just know about it in advance, we could have saved more than an hour… but except that everything was great

The room was absolutely outstanding with a superb terrace. Location wise, the hotel is in the perfect spot... 2 minutes walk from the Grand Place with dozens of restaurants nearby. Handy little car park as well which was secure and convenient. We enjoyed a breakfast onsite as well, which was well thought out. A tasty selection for all palates. And finally, incredibly helpful and friendly staff who were more than happy to compensate for my appalling French!

Air conditioning didn't really work, but luckily it wasn't too hot outside, so we relied on good old fashioned windows!

The hotel is situated close to the city center with a nice restaurant nearby and the tourist spots within walking distance. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with good firm cushions. The shower had a good temperature and had a easy place to keep the environmentally friendly soap end shampoo bars. The breakfast had excellent croissants and baguettes.

The bed was only 160cm instead of the 180 in the room description. The bathroom itself was quite small and less usable with two people. The breakfast room was too small for the number of people who wanted to have breakfast and the buffet was quite scarce. For example, there was only a choice of, cold, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, no fried eggs or omelets, and only two choices of meat.

Everything was perfect the staffs were soo friendly. tho I couldn't speak or understand French properly but they explain any questions or anything i asked in English for me.nice lactation.nice restaurants around few minutes walk to the centre of Lille .Private parking 18€ per day.Rooms looks nicer in real than on the photos. bigger bathroom.cleaning woman was soo nice.spend 3 days and had 3 coins for free cocktails. Honestly one of the best hotels I have been in my life 👍🏾

I have previously stayed in this hotel. The standards are as good as before. What made it a memorable stay was the personel. Everybody was polite, helpful, attentive especially Kamila in reception and the bar/restaurant people: Alexis, Alice,Brian.

The only thing that was not as good as before was the breakfast. Everything was fresh and the cooked food was lovely. But there wasn't the same variety as before concerning the selection of yoghurt, cold cuts and cheese and jams/preserves. What they do have new, is a juice press for having fresh orange juice which was a great addition.

Location is great, few minutes walk from the centre, no need for a car. The property is modern and rooms are good size. Bathroom had walk in shower which was very convenient, especially for my elderly mother. The free minibar is an excellent idea. Liked the sustainable initiatives of the hotel.

The bed was very high, and my elderly mother who has mobility issues found it difficult to get in and out of bed. The bed itself was very comfortable otherwise.

Nice hotel and well situated in the center, neaby bar and restaurants in walking distance. The breaksfast area is a bit small but still nice. It must be nicer during the summer as there seems to have a big terrace.

A 150 euros deposit was requested - we were not aware of this, but luckily the receptionist was very nice and lowered the amount. The fire alarm went off at 3 am in the morning as some other client was smoking in the room... but luckily it didn't last long.

Really great location and the room for 2 kids and 2 adults was good. The bathroom is really nice and big and we could even open our suitcase in the bathroom. Clean, new and comfortable. Nice to have the minibar stocked every day with some free drinks and snacks.

Staff at restaurant were nice and friendly, check in staff were very neutral. Not super friendly, but nothing to complain about.

I had forgotten that I booked breakfast inclusive for E18 each morning - and when we checked in the receptionist told us we had NOT booked breakfast. So we never ate it yet when we checked out I discovered we had paid for it- so this was really annoying and disappointing by the receptionist to misinform us. I asked for my money back and they said it was not possible. I found that very unhelpful. Was NOT happy!

I did not like the air con..it was so cold and blew right on me and gave me a stiff neck!

The staff on reception were so friendly on arrival and departure, on arrival the lady gave us a map and helped us identify good locations to visit around Lille. the room was clean and spacious and had the best shower! and most comfortable bed! I like the use of ecologically friendly soap and shampoo bars. I would definitely return and would recommend to friends.

there was nothing to dislike.
