ibis Styles Lille Centre Grand Place

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Lille, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions all at foot distance. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a delicious options to start my day. In summary, I highly recommend the Ibis Lille Centre Hotel to anyone visiting Lille. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you can expect a comfortable stay, good service, and a fantastic location that puts the city's best within easy reach. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my next trip to Lille.

Friendly and helpful staff. We booked two adjacent rooms, which have a door on each side so both rooms can decide to block the passage. Convenient with (6 & 9y) kids! Great location, just behind the opera and with parking garage in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very modern and plenty of choice.

What a fabulous hotel. Located just a stonethrow from the Grand Place. Staff is very helpfull and very friendly. Parking is opposite the hotel but if needed please reserve in advance. We were lucky to have a spot for the 2nd day of our stay. Nice breakfast room with a very nice selection of yoghurts, fruits, cereals, lovely french bread, cheeses coffee, tea, fruits and of course croissants and pain au chocolat. We just simply loved our stay an definitely will be back.

The location was spectacular, the staff incredible and the good working order of everything, specially the air conditioning in this peaks of heat.

The elevator was intended for one person and luggage and therefore very tight. Even though the room was extremely clean and the cleaning staff very thorough and efficient, the carpet was quite stained. The breakfast was just right but not as good as other ibis hotels we’ve visited. Would be good if the staff were more English fluent, this city is quite a hub for international travelers.

Very clean and efficient. Excellent staff and wonderful breakfast. Excellent location as I was using both Flandres and Europe stations. Air conditioning very welcome on really hot night. Good access to restaurants though I would have preferred to "eat in" really as I was so tired and drained from exceptionally hot journeys.

Location is convenient for station, Opera, shopping and in a fairly quiet street. Heating very quiet and kept a good temperature. Staff are very helpful and friendly and it feels less like a chain than others. Breakfast looks basic but was actually great, all we needed : Fresh fruit salad, eggs, cereal , yogurt and really excellent croissant and pastries. Small bar with tea and water and a coffee machine at any time. Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Wi-Fi adequate. Decent value overall.

Room 101 is next to the (tiny) elevator - only 7 rooms a floor. Small really but enough space for a luggage rack. Public toilets near reception were not clean or well maintained in contrast to the rest. Only French TV channels if that matters to you! No bar or water in the room (you can go to reception for water etc)

Breakfast was great , I liked the ease of it, it was relaxed. The location was good for the train stations and the centre ville. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were free drinks in the reception area and staff filled up my water bottles happily.

The rooms are typically small, and the bathroom really tiny. The shower did not work properly, low pressure and direction all wrong, temperature was hot or cold at random.

Excellent helpful reception staff. Also breakfast tasty and generous with helpful staff.

Every time we left the hotel, each time the WiFi disconnected, so we had to go through the connection process all over again.

Staff was fantastic specially the two young men who work there as well the ladies in the kitchen and who ever do our room was great.

Wow. The room too small for two persons. No place to put our lugaged and stuff. Wow.

Excellent location for the main square, Really clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Maybe just the car parking is a little awkward.
