Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Resort

Everything. The hotel is very well organised. The staff is very friendly and helpful, service is impeccable. Food is plentiful and very varied. We had an executive suite near the beach. It was very large and clean, and had a wonderful balcony with a perfect view of the beach and sea. The bathroom was roomy and had a jacuzzi bath/shower, We never used the jacuzzi option though. Everything outside was kept very clean and the garden landscaping is awesome. Some of the pools are heated which was great this early in the year. Tippy-toe test before going in! The non-heated ones are definitely chilly in February! :-) Tips: * If you stay in the suite, you can have à la carte breakfast in the Italian Restaurant every morning. During high season this is a definitive boon since it allows you to escape the breakfast crowds in the main restaurant * If you stay in a suite you also will have a parasol and lounges reserved for you at all times, on the beach, near the water. Ask one of the friendly beach attendants to guide you to your lounges on the first day. It will be yours for the rest of your stay :-) * If you need a taxi don't go outside the hotel to reserve one! Reserve a taxi IN the hotel, it is safer and less hassle. Don't accept offers from taxidrivers outside the hotel. They nearly always will try to scam you. If they offer to drive you to a shopping mall for 1 euro, DON'T! They will indeed drive you to a mall where they get a commission on your purchases, but when your taxi driver returns you to the hotel he will ask considerably more than 1 euro. We negociated it back down to a reasonable price, which involved grumbling on the part of the taxi driver but don't be intimidated into paying outrageous prices if you find yourself in a similar situation. * There are ATM machines in the entrance lobby of the hotel. You can only withdraw Egyptian pounds though, If you need Euros, you will have to take a taxi to Hurghada and go to the National...

We spent 4 superb days at this all-inclusive resort. First of all we were lucky enough to be looked after by Lena who was extremely attentive, considerate and present from the beginning to the end of our stay. She gave us good advice and made sure we had an excellent stay, so many grateful thanks to her. As far as the hotel itself, it's comfortable, the services offered are good and the Resort is very beautiful with its pools and private beach. Breakfast and lunch are very good, with a very wide choice. Under Lena's very good advice, we chose to dine in the Resort's à la carte restaurants (featuring world cuisines) rather than in the traditional breakfast and lunch restaurant. We didn't regret making this choice for dinner, as it enabled us to change places and types of dishes, and also to discover the Indian restaurant, which is absolutely exceptional! In fact, we particularly recommend the Indian restaurant, which offers absolutely delicious cuisine, and service worthy of the finest restaurants, with staff who take really great care! We also took part in a day of snorkeling, which was superb: the boat's staff were very friendly and attentive, and provided a great atmosphere, with lots of fish and coral to see. The only downside of our stay was the spa, which was absolutely not worthy of a 5* hotel (deserving of just 1 or 2*): hygiene problems, archaic decoration and furniture, bad massage, reception not up to standard, massage table absolutely not comfortable, ...

it was amazing and unforgettable vacation 🤩🤩 1. check in time take 30 min and we join the lunch during this time 2. the reception was very helpful and they offered us a free late check out at 3 pm 3. the hotel itself with the unique style is so fancy and comfort and you feel like you are in an old castle 🏰 4. landscape areas are wide 🌴🌴 5. we were in room 17203 and 17201 we paid for a garden view room but we upgraded to pool view for free and the room is sooooo clean and tidy the a/c is perfect and everything was so good 😊 6. the pool is specious and degraded from 20 cm to 200 cm with two pool bars although the hotel was fully booked it wasn’t crowded at all 🏊‍♀️ 7. the beach 🏖 is clean sandy and degraded but there is no snorkeling area , the beach bar is more than perfect 👍🏻 they have shawrma koshry ice cream 🍦 pizza 🍕 and a wide selection of drinks 🥤 8. Food 🥘 was veryyy tasty 😋 a lot of variety first of all .. the main restaurant was amazing everyday they have a lot of varieties chicken , beef fish , duck , and the seafood day was amazing shrimp and calamari and seafood on Saturday dinner 🥘 Also , there were 7 alacard restaurants you can reserve your table if you want for free we tried Mexican…… fahita and kasadia was perfect gamila……. Egyptian restaurant , mlokhia and mix grill perfect mangholian …. it was very different experience you have to try it 🥙 Indian….. perfect beef corma 😋 snacks was on 3 spots one for pizza and crepe on the pool another one on the pool too for sandwich 🥪 and pasta 🍝 and the third one on the beach and I liked it the most 😍 9. the staff really thank u veryyyy much they made our vacation 🥰 all of them are so helpful decent active and smiley 😊 10. special thanks for the live guard Mostafa on the pool he helped us when my mom get sliding he was so careful thank you 🙏 11.

the aqua park always crowded because it serves on two hotels mamlok and gardens So you have to take a longggg line to make it up

What a privilege to enjoy every moment of my winter holiday in such a magic place like SENTIDO Mamlouk Palace Resort, where the entire staff does its utmost best to make us experience an unforgettable fairytale! I really adore my suite 32106 with sea view and in 1 minute I am at the private sandy beach at the Red Sea or at the warm water swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort and in all rooms. Every room has satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar with soft drinks, tea & coffee making facilities and much more. Their all- inclusive dine around experience includes 1 international buffet restaurant and 3 à-la-carte restaurants with Mexican, Asian and Spanish cuisine. In addition, the resort houses 7 Bars & Cafés and guests can enjoy the all-inclusive facilities of the neighbouring sister hotel SUNRISE Garden Beach Resort, including the large Aqua Park for the whole family as well as 4 à-la-carte restaurants: Italian, Egyptian, Burger House, and Mongolian Cuisine. Snacks from 12-17:00, 22:30-01:00, local alcoholic Beverages from 10:00-00:00, Water and Hot Beverages 24/7, Minibar with water and soft drinks, Wi-Fi, free entertainment by a great animation team (they organized fantastic Christmas & New Year's Eve parties) and sports activities, SPA Treatment centre & very competent Doctor and much more. This is why I keep coming back every year for one month to my Home in Egypt....Thank You. I am so grateful!!!

The resort met all our expectations. The warmed pool was amazing considering the time. The architecture of the resort is very beautiful, the staff ready to satisfy our needs. The room very comfortable and clean. The à la carte restaurants diversify the evenings as well as the very nice night shows. One special thanks to Miss Lena, for the absolute kindness, professionalism and promptness shown towards us.

Honestly nothing other than the fact that Miss Lena in our opinion could very well cover the position of Customers Manager and/or Animation Director. We go to Egypt 4 times a year, we know what we write. Thank you from me and my partner!

Clean, great beach and marina. The staff members are professional and helpful. This is my second review because we extended our stay. If you don't want sales persons for extra activities to approach you at the beach, get the small red flag when you get your towels at the beach. We enjoyed the activities and the entertainment provided by the resort, except for the snorkeling and sea trips provided by the independent business inside the hotels because they cancelled our reservation pretending the boat was not working, but they took another family maybe because they paid more. We reported them to the hotel management.

The snorkeling and sea trip sale office inside the resort is dodgy. Avoid them.

Yes we loved the property. We had originally booked titanic aqua and it was a disaster from when we arrived. The food was the same everyday and the facilities and entertainment were very poor. I dreaded going down to breakfast in the morning and didn’t felt like I was ready to go home after day two of a two week holiday. We decided to take a walk to sunset and the reception staff were brilliant in giving us prices and giving us a tour of the hotel. We decided to move and it was the best decision we made as the rest of the holiday was perfect. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, the hotel was immaculate, the entertainment was awesome and the food was the best we have had in Eygpt. 9 Al la carte restaurants with each with a different theme and I couldn’t fault any of them. We had a different one each night. The cocktails at the top bar were incredible. You can also use the sister hotel for the aqua park with you can walk through from one resort to another. The outside restaurants are great. The entertainment team were amazing with the children and were friendly and approachable. All of the management team would stop and talk to you and they really went above and beyond to accommodate your needs and make it an enjoyable holiday. 10/10 for me and we will 100% be going back. Don’t think we will bother going to any other resorts after visiting this resort. Thanks for a great holiday.

They saved our Holliday! We left the hotel we where originally in and moved to mamlouk palace. They go above and beyond for you and make sure you have a fantastic holiday. Already making plans to come back! The all card restaurants are absolutely amazing as is the main buffet. The waiters are fabulous and catering to your every need! Animation was lovely and we had a really amazing time with them. Emily came to check and talk to us daily to make sure all was okey. To al the staff of mamlouk palace thank you for an amazing holiday and we will see you soon!

The staff do everything in their ability to make you feel welcome. Even though we had a very early flight we were given a room to rest then moved to our room for the remainder of our stay. The property is vast and well maintained spanning three resort so you didn't feel confined. Walking along the beach or the pier is also a treat - don't forget to bring your goggles and take a dive at the end of the pier to see some coral and fish. The food at the buffet has a different theme every night from Italian to Asian, and of course, Egyptian - which was by far the best. The hawawshi and shawarma are to die for - if I could, I would eat hawawshi every day. The gem of the hotel is the lobby bar. After a long day sizzling in the sun, there's nothing better than a fresh cocktail from the master of cocktails, Mohammed. Special shout outs to Karim and Abdul as well - their smiles are contagious 😊 All in all, a great hotel for a relaxing holiday to recharge the batteries - exactly what I was looking for. This resort is more family oriented, so I might not recommend it to single travellers looking for more of a "party" atmosphere. Also, if a 24/7 hawawshi stand could be available, that would be great 😉

This was absolutely an unforgettable trip! The staff is so kind and helpful. I don’t even know where to begin. We were traveling as a family with small kids, a young and an elderly woman, and we all had an amazing time. The animation team became like friends (Kesha, Kamal, Max & Dima especially ) and made our stay extra special! The food was so good at the restaurants and all the people working there made us feel so welcome. Special thanks to Alaa (in the main restaurant) who always took such a good care of us! Our daughter always got a napkin flower from him and that made her day:) In the Mexican restaurant it was Ahmed who helped us so well. And the cocktailbars, all were so good!!! A big special thank you to Ahmed from the cocktailbar upstairs. He was always so incredibly kind and sweet and he makes amazing cocktails! And not to forget: our rooms were always so clean. Mohamed, thank you so much for doing such a great job!!! The whole trip we were assisted by Lena, who always found a moment during the day to ask whether we were having a good time. She also always made sure we knew what the activities were for the day. At the end of the trip she arranged lunchboxes for us for the trip back home.
