Peaceful hassle free resort. Quality food

Good facility with great variety of pools (not heated). Liked the entertainment program in the evening which changed every day. Rooms are large and were very clean and the food was great which was different every day.

Wifi was only in certain areas - poor in the room or not available. Be aware as a male solo traveler that you won't receive any attention from the waiters even when they are not busy they did not ask for drinks or did not remove the used plates.

I loved everything! Very nice and calm hotel!Staff is absolutely AMAZING! They spoilt us totally! A special thanks to Frontdesk manager Mohamed Said who made our stay extra special! This lovely hotel is perfect for couples who want a calm and lovley stay and for people with small children. Food is good but the really fantastic thing is the pastry! The pastry chef is making fantastic chocolate cakes that is melting in the mouth! Very very high quality of chocolate! I can't brag enough about this hotel! 👑🌞

Food was a bit boring sometimes especially at lunch. I wish the food kept the same HIGH quality as the pastry. The check in takes a little bit too long.

Staff are friendly specially ali and zakaria at the main restaurant and all staff are good and helpful.

Hotel was nice, and looked like the pictures. All inclusive service included a lot, food and drinks tasted good and the offered buffet food changed everytime, so it didn't get boring. Staff was helpful, but a little chaotic (gave us the first room at first, as well as differing informations about late check out). We were able to keep our room until 6pm on the check out day, for 35€, which was great as we had a late flight (it was possible to keep it until 8, but unfortunately dinner wasn't included).

We didn't really like Hurghada. It's basically a hotel city built for tourists, and thus feels kind of soulless. The beach, while close to the hotel, unfortunately wasn't very pretty. So whilst the hotel was nice, Hurghada let us down.

As always all was perfect, as work of reception (mr.Mohamed), waiters on restaurant and their great manager, barman at pool bar (Mostafa Asran), nice housekeeper (room 2112)

Horrible French animation team, high nose. If from other personals of hotel you feel hospitality, animation show that exist just one guests - French one, others nationalities as British, German are not welcome and as rubbish under the feet of this “professional group”. General manager of hotel are very friendly and ready to communicate with all guests, was very pleasant. Hope management will explain this group that such attitude is not acceptable 👎🏽

The people were friendly. The rooms were clean,spacious and had a nice decor. The facilities was amazing.we had activities outside of hotel daily so didn't get to make use of everything. But enjoyed the pools and special shoutout to the following guys. ALI and Waleed. At the restaurant. Meena at the bar. And Mbapie from the animation team who was a whole vibe. We enjoyed an awesome fires how and foam party at the sister hotel on our last night. The food was excellent with a variety of options every day.

The only thing was that wifi was a bit bad in the rooms and only available near reception area which was a bit frustrating.

Amazing Staff specially resturant and pool bar

Resort using Beach of jaz hotel and they deal with jaz resort guests as intruders and not allowed to use tiny place of beach and not allowed to use bar beach So better when you book you consider jaz resort has no beach to avoid humiliation

Literally, I love this hotel so much and it will not be the last time. Everytime I go to Hurghada, Sentido will be always my first option. The variety of the food was limited, some of the food is repeated everyday and a very few of the staff in the bar needs to be smiling and loving serving the clients during serving the drinks at the bar and this thing, only Egyptians can understand what I mean because of our culture. I don't like having drink from someone is not happy while doing it.

The hotel exceeds my expectations in fact. I've visited a lot of AI hotels in Turkey and Egypt before, but Sentido is for sure at the top of the rating as for now. There is everything you need, even though the hotel is situated on the 'second' line, the road to the beach is quite short and nice, it takes only 5-7 mins. The food is good, alcohol quality is not the best, but due to the fact that alcohol on the whole is not good in Egypt. Even though some of the coctails were tasty. The hotel itself is not that big, thus there are not so many people around and it is not busy during breakfast, lunch and dinner. However the main thing is the atmosphere and staff. Every person from waiters to animation team is open, friendly, happy to help and nice. I should say it felt like home and it was a pleasure to spend time at the hotel. I recommend Sentido 100% for anyone that wanna feel relaxing and friendly atmosphere along with a good beach and a sea. I want to say many thanks to the owner of the hotel as that is a great achievement not only to have good-looking hotel from the 'outside', but also one of the best staff team as people are the key factor of the success of any business.

- some of the rooms might be not as new as on the pictures, just take a note of that and ask for the new room if there are any available - there is no bar at the beach, we could not attend the bar of the other hotel and the drinks should be ordered via waiters, thus sometimes you might wait for quite a long time - if you need internet connection, I recommend you to buy a sim card, as WIFI is available only at the reception / lobby zone. but that is a usual thing for the hotels in Egypt
