Hurghada Long Beach Resort

Overall one of the best all inclusive experience, I had. The hotel is on a great location with very nice beach side and lot of bars to always top up your glass with some free bevs. The staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Check in went very easy and smooth same as the check out. We tried most of the restaurants and we didn't have any bad experience with the food. The chefs and restaurant staff were always very nice and helpful. It's a lovely hotel, great fun and perfect for a week or 2 to relax. I would definetly recommend it to everyone and would probably come back again. It was a wierd experience to have a bookings.com wristband on us compare to our friends who booked the hotel through a different website... We received lot of attention, i guess to improve on the bookings.com ratings compared to them. We asked for help about booking a restaurant for our birhtday and been declined, but 5 minutes later someone came back to us "ohh sorry, i didn't know you booked on bookings. Let me sort it out for you". Also, we booked the same level of room as our frineds, but got a nicer one :)

The people working in the shops near the lobby constantly try to stop you and sell something for you. We decided to buy some inflatables for the pool, but they were poor quality and ripped open after an hour in the pool. We also bought "water proof" sun oil just to burn ourself after the first time going in to the water. I wouldn't recommend to buy anything in those shops. Also, the constant hustle on the beach and next to the pool by guys who try to sell you different experiences and trips when you just want to relax... No A/C in the gym Wifi only in the lobby and super slow. If you ask for the same cocktail, you will get different one everytime :)

The vacation was impressive Prior to our arrival we had a contact with the rooms division Mr Moh Hassan 💜 who was more than helpful & upon arrival he welcomed us & insure that everything was going right There are some upgrades on the walk ways and facilities which was noticed and more added new pools ,even a shaded one Beach ⛱️ area was full of activities and all ❤️ staff was helpful and again from managment Mr Hassan 💙 who was around all the time We tried the al la cart restaurants several times and all of them worth the price and offer tasty food ❤️ 💙 💜 We will be back again and the offer with booking.com worth the price

Location is great - just few meters from the beach All inclusive service Politiness of staff, especially housekeepers were friendly Beach is very nice and big but i cannot image how it mat look like during summer season We liked Podium restaurant-visited many times and never dissapointed.

Quality od the food - they use ingredients that were not eaten before, e.g. Dinner from morning/lunch. I know it is a part of their culture but some of staff members (concierge) expected tips for nothing Rooms are spacious but needs to be refurbished - weary furniture, walls need to be painted etc.

One of the greatest hotels i ever staid from the beginning to the end all the staff members was helpful & reception was informative with all hotel deatiles and facilities. Sara from reception was helpful and friendly as well Akram from reception and Mohamed Rouchdy & Medhat The rooms division Mr Mohamed Hassan(Rooms division manager) did his best and was around daily and helped us facilitating all our needs smoothly. Our room was well kept clean and had all what we need with daily nice fresh towels and good towel art.,we love it. The aqua park (Water Do) was enjoyable but small.(Need to add one for kids) Food was good as well al cart organizations by Mr Hassan***** We will be back Again sure Thank you long Beach Team specially Mr Mo Hassan

At the Long Beach Resort hotel, we implemented an international project. The hotel met all our expectations. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned regularly. Service at the highest level. Food in the hotel restaurants was tasty and varied, including both Egyptian and European cuisine. The hotel has a large park, numerous swimming pools, and a wide, private, sandy beach right next to the hotel. We especially thank the hotel manager - Mr. Mohamed Hassan - for his help during the entire stay and Mahmoud Abbas who cares about the cleanliness of the rooms and our comfort during the stay 🙂

The whole stay has been great. Already at check-in, the guy named Ibrahim at the reception has welcomed us very well and professionally. We were super happy with the suite/family room and the ocean view. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning was great. On top of the cleaning, the cleaner has also decorated the room with towels and various objects. The food overall tasted very good. There were different kinds of food every day in the big main restaurant. On top of this, we got to eat à la carte 5 times as booking.com guests. The à la carte restaurant was super fresh and the food there was luxurious. The pools were large, warm, and clean. The bodyguards Nagi and Omar were super nice guys. They helped us daily in the pool with various things and were very service minded. It was also safe at the hotel. One thing we also liked were the guards at the entrance that they were there around the clock and kept track of who was coming in and out. Sakip who stood at the entrance was a superb and service minded person. A big thank you to Mohamed Hassan and Sherif for their professional service and courtesy. We wanted to check out later and this was absolutely not impossible. In addition, we got to use the pools and the food until we left the hotel late in the evening. All of the managers in the restaurant were great and very helpful. Short and sweet, everything was good. We will definitely be back. Greetings family from Albania

The vacation at this place was awesome and special but Mr Mohamed Hassan rooms division made it more and more special & arranged everything Mr Mohamed Aly assistant food and beverage was helpful too Sure we will be back

The pool was spacious although the hotel was crowded. The aqua slides were very nice A la carte restaurants were way better than main restaurants specially la casina and Chinese and podium restaurants

The supplies of the restaurants and specially the snacks part was not as expected. Alot of waiting because of the less of supplies. For example at Zeta's on the beach nether juice nor hot drinks were available!!! Also an important point management need to take care about is the hospitality part. Staff are barely smile to guests and are not as professional as expected (except the receptionists).

-Once we arrived we got upgraded to better rooms nearby the restaurant and main pool. which was very nice gesture. -Variety and quality of food was good. - The Nubian restaurant was awesome. -The stuff was very friendly specially moataz in house keeping and his manager Mr. ahmed. -Special thanks to the manager Mr. mohamed hassan for his very good hospitality and caring. - Animation team was nice. - The club car service and shuttle bus make the access to anywhere very easy and fast.

- The elevator was not working, so the access to the reception was hard specially if you have stroller or overage people. - Policy of extra charge for kids starting from 7 years old which in most of other hotel starting from 11 years old. - The Italian restaurant was awful, worst service and food.
