Sunrise Garden Beach Resort

Wonderful hotel that met all our requirements/whises and more. Excellent management of the hotel (visible that a lot of effort is put into mantianance and attention to detail), tasty food (considering its an all inclusive resort), great staff (with some minor exceptions), very clean, big and very comforatble room and so on and so on. In my view the hotel deserves a much higher grade than 8.9, that it currently has on booking.com. Great for familes and others; a bit of something for everyone. Very highly recommended.

If I can understand that the water park (adults, bigger kids) is open only during certain limited hours (2h in the morning and 2h in the afternoon; I guess for obvious reason), I could not understand why the little tiny baby pool slides only have limited hours of usage; my kid couldnt go on it like at 5pm (in the beginning it never crossed my mind that such a slide can not be used, even if a waterfall of water isnt pooring over it) with the lifeguard sitting on a chair next to it (who told me it is "closed"). If anything this bothered me as we were traveling with 2 small kids and with all the naps, midday sun, fussy moods and so on it was in the end annoying thinking when they can use it and when not.

I would like to thank chief Mohamed, he was so kindness and helpful. The Aqua it was interesting for my kids. The heating pool verey good . .

The animation team very lazy i didn't see them appearing except in the night after show the said to us ( thanks for your coming). There is no activity by the animation team. Its not acceptable to use the main restaurant to make special party to who pays extra money. The program party at the night it was very short it just 30 minutes.!!

The service is excellent..... the team seeks every way to make sure that you are happy, and satisfied to the extra mile that we've extended our stay 2 extra nights. The food is delicious and has lots of varieties that suits all tastes and nationalities; kids and adults. It's our second stay and the food is great 👍 The Sandy Beach ⛱️ that we seak as we adore swimming and the Aqua that our kids enjoy are the main ones. The animation team is taking care of everyone..... they celebrated our 5 years old daughter in extremely attractive way to her starting from the special chocolate cake, balloons, animation team wearing cartoon characters....etc They renovated the rooms and added kids corner and TV in family rooms + bunk beds that the kids adored. So a TV for them and another for us 😉

Nothing in fact...they work on any comment to improve. This year, they got more golf cars to serve our elderly people to transfer them between the beach, rooms and the different restaurants.

It was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a picturesque garden and lovely pool area beside the aqua Park The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The food at the hotel was delicious and varied, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel's location is also fantastic. The staff was always on hand to offer suggestions and help with any queries, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotell to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Hurghada. The hotel's stunning location, excellent facilities, and friendly staff make it the perfect choice for a memorable vacation.

It’s one of the top hotels with great management especially Mr. Mohamed Ashour. The best animation team ever; Neymar, Karim, Kamila, Said, they’re doing their best to satisfy you. Food is the best especially the a la carte restaurants. The pool is heated and of course the aqua park loads of entertainment. Finally, it is the most delightful experience and for sure i will repeat this again.

Everything was just perfect! The check in literally took 5 min which is amazing, the swimming pools were heated and immaculate, the beach is sandy, the staff are friendly and were doing their best to satisfy all guests. Special thanks to Ehab and all the staff of Gamila restaurant. They really made our stay. Special thanks to the animation team (Omar, Mostafa, Nymar, Alsu, and Anastasia).

It was the 2nd time we stayed in Sunrise garden . We love it that’s why we come back this year 2023 and it has everything u dunn have to go outside. Animation team is the signature of this Place they are amazing / Active / So professional every day they are doing activities u will not get bored at all. Really appreciate All the Animations team. Frankly speaking comparing our stay from this year to the previous one was lower . I was expecting at least the same level but it was lower. Some of the staff was rude and mean and showing no respect especially for the local residents. It didn’t happen once it occurred many times and I complained about it and gave them hard time cuz this will reflect a bad image and reputation for the hotel.

Everything by all means.we are a frequent travelers to hurghada ,we stayed in the most expensive and the most rated resorts before but we didn’t feel welcomed and spoiled as in sunrise garden beach.Me and my family specially my kids enjoyed from the first till the last moment beginning with the upgrade of our rooms to a bigger one by Mr.Rashad ,the restaurant reservation and excellent service of Mrs.Viola,the most friendly animation team specially OMAR who became my kid’s best friend he is really amazing with children and all guests.the generous restaurants chefs who do a hard work with smile and sense of humor specially in basilico and the main restaurant .the food is well cooked and tasty .everyone in the resort do his best to make you have a wonderful vacation and they succeed.sure it became my fixed destination in hurghada.and finally the smooth check out by Mr.Rashad

The many good things can’t make you see anything bad

You can use facilities of two hotels - Garden Beach and it’s neighbor Mamlouk Palace - that gives you more options for diversity during your stay. This resort has a huge beach with a lot of umbrellas and sun loungers - you can always find a place even at rush hours. A few pools and aqua park are a good alternatives. Main restaurant has a vide variety of dishes, but I strongly recommend also to dine at a-la-carte restaurants on premises that are part of all inclusive. Best service has Asian restaurant, very good is Italian, the best combination of food and service - Mexican restaurant. Very good and helpful stuff really trying to make your stay an exceptional experience. Special thanks to the animation team - different entertainments on the beach every day, great evening shows.

Room facilities are worn out and need some refurbishing or replacement - stained table, old linens and not comfortable pillows. The worst dining experience - payed Nasaya restaurant, and it’s not only about prices. I have tried hammam at SPA - the massage is good but service not even close to what you expect even for the half of the price.

The stuff was cheerful, helpful, guest orinted. The aqua park was great The room was very good furnished (family room with bunk bed).

Cleanliness is not at its most The food quality was not the best, it was not bad either
