Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh

The rooms were so clean, house keeping was perfect, the facilities were exactly as stated on booking, the food was more than amazing with great varieties served to you with welcoming smiling faces and very helpful waiters, the beach was more than amazing as well as the pools and wonderful kids aquapark, the open club car ride in front of the beach and and alla the hotels on sahl hasheesh was such an extra bonus,, definetely will go back there soon .

Very weak animation team , there was almost no shows it was all about live singing and audience games and competitions

Swimming pool is always clean .. Staff are exceptional .. Chef Saber is the best one cooking pasta and be sure he will make all you need .. Miss Nesreen is friendly, helpful and knows exactly what u need .. Home services are professional and clean ..

Snacks at beach .. Soft drinks and juices needs to be more fresh .. Tv channels at rooms has bad signal and 3 channels only ..

Hotel is absolutely perfect for families with kids. Super location with beautiful long beach and crystal clear water. We had premium room , new modern style. Everything was perfect except cleanless in room.

Cleanless in room was terrible. Not proffesional staff who tried to handle cleaning by d very best way but was more than obvious that he has no any proffesional training. Please train yr very hard working staffs to do excellent job. This is only one think what is not good in hotel . Staffs without qualifications. Also very very big minus that all inclusive mean for Egypt just water in room. Pls be different be special and go back for old all inclusive style how it was before revolution. Even d most cheap hotels in turkey offering all non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks for free. Get just water in room in all inc program is really not fair.

The staff was amazing and the front desk guys were great. The hotel was very good and the facilities were nice and clean. (Pool, Jacuzzi and aqua park) The room was extremely nice and spacious. (suite) Mrs Nesrine was extremely nice, helpful and welcoming.

The food quality wasn’t the best thing, there was variety in the food but the quality can be much better. I hope they can improve this so I can come back for another visit soon.

In one word our stay in Pyramisa was amazing! Will we stay there again? Surely yes. Me and my wife have been there for 9 days, we were really satisfied. The stuff is professional and is there to make you comfortable if any problem occur or you have an issue they will make sure to solve it. Our guest relation Nesreen have always been there for any questions giving us all the support we need giving us the best experience of Pyramisa. Furthermore they have a doctor there if you get injured or if you need to consult him. The garden is full with flowers giving a nice view. The sea is well organized. In between the time for the meals there are snacks, the food is divers and special. A lot of fruits. Well organized program for entertainment. The room is okey, with a nice view seeing the see and the swimming pool.

1- the staff of the guest relation “” mrs Hadeel & mrs nisreen “” were very helpful 2- the italian restaurant food is very delicious 3- the new heated pool is a good idea 4- the new jacuzzi area is a good idea

1- the buffet in the 3 meals is very bad 2- they must heat the other swimming pool cause the water is too cold i didn’t enioy with the aquapark

Was a wonderful place to stay. Easy to do day trips for snorkelling and other water activities.

It was so comfortable, especially with the nice GR Team Ms. Hadeel and Ms. Nesreen were so nice, helpful and funny as they are making great efforts to ensure the guest will be really happy and satisfied to come back to Pyramisa. Also, Mr. Sadon and Mr. Mustafa from the F&B Team were so helpful and nice with us. The buffet is really great and almost all the day with delicious meals. Thank you, and I hope to see you soon.

that was really nice holiday , starting from Anwar at the reception( he was really nice very professional he does know exactly what he doing making the stay all nice and smooth for everyone with the best customer service ..the housekeeping I can’t thank them enough by room 1249 and room 3024 always on top of the rooms very polite and do their job , and when it comes with aqua side I can’t thank enough ( Mohamed , hany and Amr ) the best guys really always smile at the guests well presented and always helpful with the kids and making sure they all good and save at the same time … Resturant staff are really good too thank u really enjoyed the stay there and definitely will come back Isa

the tiles around the swimming pools I think they abit loose they need to be done so no one get hurt maybe that’s all
