W&P Santo Domingo

I liked the location ... Near restaurants,, shopping, entertainment. I liked the room size options I liked the buffet breakfast that was included I liked restaurant in property...had great food options 24/7. I enjoyed the lounge on the property...I could party with locals while feeling safe.

I would encourage the hotel to advise guests that the music from the lounge may be disturbing in the early morning. And giving them the option to choose a room that is further away from the lounge. Or the hotel can improve on better sound proofing material for the lounge.

There is a kitchenette but there was no spoon, fork, dishes etc

I enjoyed the restaurant, rooftop pool area, and the rooftop lounge! Amazing amenities!!! The hotel location was also a plus- close proximity to shopping and dining. Staff was bilingual which was very helpful!!

I wish there was an ice machine located either on the floor or even in the lobby. I did not want to keep bothering room service for ice each time I needed it.

WIFI is great. I like the room, the jacuzzi is nice. Suites are nice and roomy. Service is nice for Dominican republic and everyone is friendly. The roof tap patio pool area is nice. Roof top Bar at night turns into a club, if your suite is on the 7th floor you will hear loud music until 4 am. I am ok with it, as I spend of the time in that Club. Everyone is nice, like the bouncers, etc. So all is fine, I had a lot of fun there, but I am single person. If you are a family, do not stay in the suites on the 7th floor, get one on 6th. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, except for a few moments, but all in all if I am back in Santo Domingo, I will stay here again.

I like everything. One day they did not clean my room because staff were on some sort of holiday. This annoyed me greatly. But its fine.

The room was small but cozy. Breakfast was delicious and worth the $12/day. Also the ambience at the lounge/pool on the 8th floor rooftop was amazing 🤩 staff and food was great. The spinach dip and the crab cakes were my favorite.

Nothing much... The hotel staff was very accommodating and lm an easy person to satisfy with the right attitude.

Our room was clean, staff was amicable and accommodating, breakfast was "good", the hotel was close to the coastline, malls, casinos and scenic historical sites. Great for business people and families; I would recommend it to all!!

Not enough towel service, fruit could have been fresher and sweeter; recipes need a little updating, the wifi was almost not existent if you were not stationed one side of the room.

The Deluxe room was perfect, staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great and loved the dinner as well at Casa Vera.

The only thing was that the pool area was closed most of the time of our stay because of the holiday season, but it was not informed on the website before booking, which was just 2 days before. And also the receptionist said that its open till 11pm and the next morning too, but once we got up to the pool it was about to close (5pm) and it was closed the next morning as well till we had to check out. But at least we got to stay at the pool after checking out.

Location is very good and neighbourhood is good. Very good restaurant. But I did not like the behaviours of the receiptionist boy Hector. He is just abıy and he does not know how to speak with a guest. This should be considered and he must be trained well as he is still young and has many things to learn. The rest of the staff was good. Rooms were spacious.

The standard rooms were very bad. People were making a not of noise in the middle of the night. The standard room I stayed was very bad because I was not able to sleep due to noise of the people. But then I noticed that the door of my room was half open and it was not closed properly. I did not feel safe and it was annoying.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food at the lounge is excellent and decently priced. Staff at the lounge are friendly. Rooms are clean. Bed is very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet is just average. Perhaps focus more on quality and less on variety. An omelette station and better mangu would help.

Hotel was easy to find and parking was safe and convenient. Slept very well as the bed was comfortable and the area is quite. I loved the breakfast and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

I don't have anything to complain about really. If was being picky I'd say check-in was a little slow, but the receptionist was very professional and did all she could to accomodate our needs.
