The food choices and quality were excellent. Room service was wonderful, the staff was always friendly and helpful. Pascual was great attending and answering my questions. And the two women front check in employees were great I believe one is name Misleyis not sure sorry, but both were very accommodating.

I loved the fact that upon arrival the reception handled us very fast. We had a baby with us and the room with King-size bed was not ready so we were offered a room with 2 beds. After reviewing and coming to conclusion that its too small for us, we were still able to get the King-size bedroom. Reception was very professional. Antigen test was immediately organized for our departure, the bellboys were very helpful guiding the way when we asked for the correct direction outside hotel, also upon departure luggage was picked up superfast and car was already waiting for us to bring us to the airport. Furthermore it was extremely helpful that we could use the business centre. The breakfast was outstanding and also we checked both of the restaurants, very good quality and service.

the beauty salon. when I arrived the woman was watching videos on her phone and it took her a while to actually realize that there was a customer. I asked for an appointment for nails, the lady who did my nails had no clue about the difference of Gel nails and Shellack/Gellack!!! not only she took way too long, but asking me questions such as do I go to church was out of place. Furthermore, when my husband came over to kiss me, she gave me the comment that she would feel embarrassed if her man would kiss her in public. If she is prude, a nun or simply bad mooded, its not the customers fault!!

The only thing is some staff are a little intense . And you have to pay extra for having visitors , which I don’t find ok if they are not staying .

My rather large and bright room on the 17th floor was wll equipped and had a huge window giving a great view on the city. All furniture and the carpet were in very good condition and showed almost no sign of wear. Among the very friendly ladies at the reception, who could not do a better job, mainly Monika and Carolina were extraordinarily helpful and Carolina's outstanding support helped to make my stay a really pleasant one. I always try to avoid hotels whose rooms get fresh air exclusively from an airconditioner and have no windows one could open. Up to now I never experienced an aircon that could be set at a reasonable temperature. They were always way too cold, which inevitably made me sick. The Intercontinental in Phnom Penh e.g. was so cold, I saw myslf forced to leave after one night although I had paid already for five days. I will ever be thankful to Carolina who made maintainance manipulate the airconsystem of my room in such a way, that I could set the temperature at a confortable level. There are two restaurants in the hotel of which I only used "The Market". The food there is good, but perhaps breakfast could be a bit better and more diversified.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Clean, friendly and beautiful hotel. Rooms as spotless and pool area are the place to relax. Food are amazing especially the Nau Lounge.

Service and the pool area can approve as well as pool chairs to be upgraded. There are not enough pool towels for the area.

The view from my room was great and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel is located in a very good area with food and shopping options within walking distance. It is easy to get an Uber or taxi to move around but I recommend Uber is way cheaper.

I liked everything about the hotel, I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was awesome. An impressive buffet. The pool is very nice for a downtown hotel. The complimentar hors dóeuvres during happy hour were nice too. The suite was very spacious.

The bathrooms smelled of smoke, which much have come in through an AC-duct.

The hotel staff was amazing extremely helpful! Breakfast area beautiful with amazing staff! The room was cozy with beautiful view of the city.

The hotel room was really nice, my fiance and myself weren't happy with the rug that's in the room. It had three lift mark's that felt like you could trip over it. Another thing we didn't like was the pool, around the pool it was dirty. We would stop to look at the city view but when we looked down all around the pool piles of garbage were laid throughout.

The top executive floor was closed due to covid which we didn't understand why , as the restaurant The Market was packed with guests. So there was no sense in closing the executive level if it was due to Covid and clients of the suits pay the same price without this service
