Hotel Discovery

The hotel staff was ok, they tried their best to help when asked. They were very polite, respectful, and confidential, attributes I really appreciate. Despite the few short comings, which can be fixed, I would stay again and recommend.

The internet, oh wow that needs to be sorted ASAP. It was just a touch-and-go mostly-go during my stay. The A/C in our room did not cool it, however, the fan was the saviour.

The hotel is super option for short stay, location is great, near zona colonial and is easy to find. The room, despite is small, is very clean. Breakfast is super delicious (toast sandwiches with ham, cheese & eggs, juice, coffee) and they prepare it fresh, immediate for you. The staff is friendly, the receptionists were very polite, and they speak English.

Rooms, as because of the design, are not so quiet. Rooms are without balcony but there is huge terrace at the top floor to enjoy fresh air.

We've stayed here a couple of times and the location is great for time in the Zona Colonial. The rooms aren't big or fancy yet they have what we need for a short stay. The staff is friendly and available. The hotel feels very secure.

Rooms weren't always clean when we arrived or clean when we got them. Yet, they were always cleaned as soon as we asked for it.

Super friendly staff!!! It made a huge difference. My son wasn't happy wiith the room, and when we said so, Renzo, the man in charge changed our room for a bigger one, he was very nice all the time, no problem at all. The location is great, we walked through el conde and used public transportation. We will be back there

Location (Colonial area, amenities near by nail bar, shops and restaurants…etc.) Clean and comfortable room/bed, hot water, Wifi worked without issues! Priced correctly! Small pool on roof enough to be fresh but not swim!

Hormonal key cards.. had to go back down to reception to get reprogrammed a couple of times.. wasn’t major issue!

The location to Zona Colonial is very convenient. Staff are present for late checkin and the parking space is also convenient. The rooftop terrace was a big bonus!

we had people try to overcharge for pedicure and hair cut these people went out the way to protect us and our money called cops for us made sure we were safe us never did this for me these people are life savers

The best thing is how clean everything is and always with a good smell.

I had a good time at this Hotel, The pool on the top is the best thing ever during Sunset, good for pictures! I will recommend to friends. I am planning to visit this place soon again, because it is so quiet and the staff is very nice and humble, this a place to go relax for a cool weekend. The view in the terrace is amazing during Evening time.

Cockroaches.

Great location. Calle El Conde is right there along with all of the colonial zone attractions. 24 hour diner just 1 block away. Really nice staff. It's a great budget hotel. I will stay again
