Room, beach, pool, drinks was excellent!

Staffing can improve in the area of the gulf carts escorting people. Resort need better directions on which carts you can get on and the ones you can't because the resort is so big and there are several resorts in one area. Some of the staff members are not good at explaining which cart to get on and some were rude with an attitude.

The property is very beautiful and well taken care of. There are lots of activities and a la cartes to choose from. The buffets have a good selection to choose from. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

There were two broken jets in the jetted tub in the room. The bed was hard. The maid did not clean the room the day before we were to fly home. The resort could not make change over the weekend.

We loved everything about our stay at the Bahia Aquamarine. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was *HUGE* and comfortable, the food was mostly excellent. The beach was wonderful, with lounge chairs, shade, lifeguards, drink waiters, and quick access to the beach house for restrooms and lunch. The entire resort is safe, with security guards everywhere at all hours. They have shuttles running all over the place to take you anywhere on the resort you'd like to go. (All the Bahia Principe resorts are on the same grounds, but they have separate lobbies and facilities, like pools and gyms.)

The egg cook for the breakfast buffet needs some extra training -- the boiled and poached eggs were all extremely overcooked, every day. I also wish the breakfast buffet offered more lean protein options, like turkey bacon or chicken sausage.

Three restaurants Limbo, Tequila, and M.E.A.T. The food and service was exquisite. Nice room size, look and clean. Huge balcony.

1. Only one source of live entertainment, performer in lobby area daily. 2. Although the Sports bar was open, it was another space to go sit but there were stray cats that would sit, stare at you begging for food. 3. Only one place to eat breakfast. 4. Only one pool option and the pool closed early. 5. Thai restaurant service was terrible. The waiter did not speak English and completely messed up our order and could not accommodate.

The Beach and pool areas were excellent. The room was very clean, spacious and well maintained.

I liked the amenities of the hotel: the room was nice, and it faces towards the pretty pool area. The entertainment people were fun and provided activities for the guests. The only thing is that they seemed to be working too long hours.

I did not like the food that much, as many times I found it dry. The New Year's Eve food was not good either.

Very entertaining, good food at the buffet. Every night you can book a restaurant with different cuisines (Hindu, Italian, Asian, Mexican, steak house, etc.) In addition, the night activities such as the shows, the discotheque and the casino were very good. Lastly, I want to congratulate the entertainment team of the Aquamarine Resort and special congratulations to Alexander, for his understanding and good attention.

The only thing to improve is: 1.- the beach is narrow (the private sector of the resort) 2.-More sweetener; I requested on several occasions different drinks without sugar or with saccharin and there was no possibility of it.

The room is quite big and clean. The wifi signal is all over the property and good. The property is beautiful and has lots of place to sit.

The communication is not good. The property sent me link to make the payment. After I made the payment, there isn't any confirmation email. I asked the property through booking for confirmation email. They gave me an email address but I didn't get any reply after I sent request to that email.

room was very nice, clean, the lady did an excellent job each and every day. other staff members were also great, what ever we asked for they tried there best to accommodate us. little far from the beach and most of the better restaurants but it was easy to get a ride on one of the golf carts.

when we arrived there was a power outage that lasted for about 5 hours and we were unable to get a key made for our room, so we always had to find someone with a master key to let us back in our room, which was not always easy.

Everyone was great - from our check in with Gladys to our check out with Johnfy! The entertainment crew were amazing. Very large combined property with easy access to trolley carts to get around. Great place for walking too - quick five minute walk to beach and miles of walk on great beach! we got a four plus every day. Buffet great for breakfast and lunch. Would like to be able to do take out here too. Meat, Micado and El Olivo fab restaurants.

Shower a little dated and towels a little tired.
