VIK hotel Arena Blanca

I loved the quietness of the resort. It was so relaxing! It's also a beautiful resort and the beach is amazing. It's a perfect place to be away from the world and rejuvenate. Also the ocean view was lovely! The Ala carte restaurant has some good options like the quesadillas and fajitas on Mexican night. I heard the carbonara on the Italian night is really good too.

The rooms are not modern. I wish they were more updated. If so, they would be more comfortable. The rooms make it feel like it is a motel, but when you leave the room you're at this gorgeous resort. The food could also be better. The buffet is not the best.

The food was wonderfull. Every day there was a differen menue in the buffet restaurant for lunch and dinner. The pool is salt water pool love it. Always nice and clean.. the fastfood court offering burgers and puzza. Beach bar with amazing drinks and cocktail. The rooms are repainted and redone very nicely. The batchroom is amazing spacious and the amenities wonderfull. The cleaning personal do their best to keep every spot clean. The fact that they put atention on measuring body temp, wearing mark etc voor covid 19 prevention is lovely. The most amazing and familiar waiters, Bladimir and alex did a wonderfull job of making one feeling at home. The guys celling the excursions also very good. Loved the excursion to samana cascada limon and the colonial city dominican republic very much. Job well done for eco adventure tours. Besides of the dark entry road and the building that look weary on the outside because of the lack of paint and the sea weed issue.... My stay at VIK ARENA BLANCA has been amazing.

I arrived in the night. The road to the property was very dark and in a way it felt as if the taxi was driving me to the end of the world. The beach had alot of seaweed washed up on, not a nice sight. The hotel buildings on the outside needs new paint job.

A'la card restaurant ...bad service and food worst than buffet area. Everything closed from midnight till 7 AM . My last time experience in Punta cana resort was amazing as i could eat drink 24/7... young people dont like to sleep at night and waiting to get coffee until breakfast is open was bit harsh...

More staff so the wait in the 2 restaurants was less. We had to wait 20 min. sometimes. They were understaffed. Also, long wait for drinks at the bar. Would be nice to have a water bottle where you could get water whenever you wanted.The price was good, however, half the things weren't open due to COVID. The beach in front was full of seaweed. The hotel should have had it cleaned each day. Also, so much plastic garbage all around. I hated that the hotel is using plastic straws and you see them all around in the sand.

Hotel was beautiful, room clean and spacious with balcony pool and sea views. The food was excellent, entertainment during the day and night. The staff was great, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it, i had such an amazing weekend!

Not a deal breaker...but i wish they had coffee and tea in the room, i had such a beautiful view , would have been nice to sip my coffee on the balcony instead of walking to get it.
