Punta Cana Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive

Beautiful resort with one of the cleanest and nicest beaches on that coastline (in our opinion). The staff was amazing, caring and very attentive. The food was decent - at the end we liked more variety in the buffet rather than restaurant options (TexMex & Mediterranean restaurantes are pretty good, but menu is limited). Resort is not very big which makes it more cosy. Jacuzzi is a nice romantic touch of the rooms. There are excursion options in the hotel reception or at the beach.

The bathrooms are quite outdated. Bathroom with toilet isn't properly isolated from bedroom in terms of privacy. Air conditioning was working but wasn't great and seems had a fixed option of temperature. Few times we didn't had fresh towels after room cleanup (they were delivered later). We didn't liked that much quality of alcohol (especially wine served in the restaurants).

The location was amazing. You are right on the beach, and the resort isn't so big that you feel like you are walking forever to things. The food was good but not amazing, but I am a picky eater, so I was prepared for that. The bali beds were amazing they were well worth the upgraded package because the umbrellas in the normal section fill up fast...(If you burn easily, these may not be the best for you, because you get tons of sun.) All the staff was so nice to us we couldn't have asked for any better. We never laid by the pool because there was no shade, but we had a pool view, and the pool always looked like so much fun. They had a foam party, did kayak races, and volleyball games and so much more.

So our room was great, but the only bad thing was when you did take a shower, it would run everywhere. The shower wasn't tiled to have the water drain back. But we just took one of the beach towels each time and folded it up and slid it at the shower door, and it worked pretty well for the most part. Another thing, it didn't bother us but just for caution for men do not forget to bring close toed shoes, the resturaunts will not let men enter without closed toed shoes.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The food was HIGH QUALLITY food! Soo good ! You have food in the buffet restoraunt, on the beach.. food 24/7 even past midnight. We were at coco bongo disko and came back to the hotel at 2:30am so hungry because we missed dinner and the guys at the beach restaurant made food for us at 3am. 👏 The hotel is a bit small but very good. Entertainment team is excellent ! Beach was okay.. Wi-Fi is great, you don't have to pay extra it's free everywhere just no Wi-Fi on the beach. The GYM is great it has everything you need except for the cable machine, but you don't need it because it has everything else, VERY high qualitty machines.

The shop is extremely OVERPRICED especialy the pharmacy but it was kinda our fault that we forgot the pills at home.

The place was clean, and staff was super nice until I sat on the wrong bench!! The security guy stood in front of me to tell me I couldn't be there! Which is fine! But while I was gathering my things, he stood there waiting....I felt uncomfortable and like a delinquent!

I love how attentive is everyone, always with a big smile to serve any needs. Staff will help you with anything and go beyond even when its not part of his direct job. Hygiene was top, everything so clean and well maintained. Every space was neat and well organized. I love the hotel size, not too big or small, walking distance are fare. Love the sea right in front of the hotel, very nice sunbeds, cleaning staff at the beach did their best to have a perfect space Enough bars open to get always drinks. Like the idea of 2 restaurants opossite site serving lunch, so if u were at the beach didnt have to go to the main building. Rooms were cleaned every day and although they were not the newest, they were very spacious with all basics. It's also the first time i don't hear my neighbors while in my room. I was very surprise how quiet it was.

I would have liked to have more drink options for pregnant women, not always soft drinks.. fresh juice for example without suggar. I just felt I needed to stay with water if i didn't want to have a sugar overdose. Im not very fan of sweets. Entertainment could have invited more outside dancers..

Nice food, thematic restaurants and big rooms. the animation Team was great, Milton was an amazing host (give that guy a raise please, he is very good) and Felix was an amazing barman!

The staff is not as friendly as you could expect in a 5 stars hotel. Once they realise you don’t tip them enough they become rude and inattentive

the property was literally perfect. amazing food extremely clean and nice comfortable rooms. the animation staff and bartenders are amazing. Excellent job in training your people on customer service and customer satisfaction. great attitude and service with a smile. great food options. the drinks were strong and not watered down

only downside is the key didn’t work a couple times. other than that i would give them a 10 star if I could. I cannot wait to be back. made many friends and had an amazing experience

Buffet Restaurant – Each day there was themed food: Dominican, Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, International and American. The last 3 were very weak, it looked like the remnants of the other days. I loved the space where the buffet restaurant is located, as it is large and airy, never waiting for a table. There is Dress Code Staff at the main Buffet restaurant: 2 dynamic and most inattentive and unprofessional. I stayed 11 nights and the quality of the food varied a lot, some days very good and other days very bad. The first 3 days the food was excellent (Dinner) Breakfast was always excellent. Pool and Beach Bar – Staff are friendly with or without tip and I never waited for a drink Very beautiful and well maintained gardens, huge pool Beach: excellent

Some buffet restaurant staff have little experience and as they rotated the team on some nights I had to walk behind the staff to serve me a drink. Dress code without criteria The employees left the air conditioning on in my room, making the apartment cold when we returned home, it looked like a freezer and despite warning it was repeated a few times At the reception they exchange 1 euro = 1 USD

Well, first time a review a hotel in like 10 years of booking so, let's do this: - The food is amazing, delicious and very diversity. After Punta Cana Princess I went to a more expensive resort in Rep Dominicana and the food was not even close. - The Beach is awesome, the swimming pool area is great, great staff, good drinks (even if you are not on the VIP section). - I got a upgrade for my room in the check - in for a good price and get this amazing ocean view from my balcony, totally change my whole experience, fantastic.

- I had a bad experience in the Rio Grande restaurant but I know the staff was not the problem. They were short staffed, over booked and working hard. - The "no need reservation" politic for the a la carte restaurants sound good but doesn't work. Long lines, waiting lists and mosquito bites till you are able to get some dinner

Friendly and helpful staff, Frank in particular was extremely helpful. Good food, lovely location on the beach and the hotel grounds were beautiful. Great if you want a slightly smaller, quieter hotel.

Personally I would have liked one bar that wasn't always playing music as an alternative to having to go to the room if you wanted to sit somewhere quiet.
