The staff was very friendly & accommodating , any concerns or question we had , they were quick to resolve

The food was absolutely horrible , we basically ate fries the entire we were there because the food was that bad. We only enjoyed a few items and that was very limited. The little shuttle that takes you around the resort needs a better system. People were literally pushing each other to get a seat and it only ran every 6-10 mins. It should be one coming right after the last one. The pool closes way too early (6pm) it should at least close at 7:00 or even 7:30. Reservations to eat at the other restaurant other than the buffet filled up so quick we didn’t have time to try them out therefore we had to eat at the buffet or the 24 hour bar food. but other than those things I enjoyed our stay.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The beach is simply stunning. However, what truly stood out was the remarkable service provided by the staff, particularly Wilkin and Angel from the lobby and beach bars.

The food and drinks offered were decent, but I felt that they could have been better. I would recommend considering the premium package, as it offers a wider range of options and higher quality offerings. Despite this minor setback, the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Overall impression is a good one. The hotel resort is big and modern, you have things to do 2 weeks, we were not bored. Room: we booked the most cheap room and on checkin we asked for a ocean view room, the upgrade it was cheap,less then 20$ per night, you need to pay cash. We slept well, good bed and it was quiet during night. During the afternoon it’s noise because the cleaning ladies are doing their job. Bars: There are many bars, the best are the ones open on evening, the rooftop bar and the ones near restaurants. They serve local drinks but are really good; cocktails are mostly exotic and bartenders know their job well, beer and wine very good also. We tipped them because they work so hard, they deserve, 1-2 $ usually. All hotel staff is very nice. Food: I was afraid I will have issues because I have a sensitive stomach, but it wasn’t the case so it was fresh all the time and very good. The buffet food is also good and varied but for evening the restaurants were a real treat, fancy and very good food. Especially La Tagliata and Tao , you should book them first, reservation is hard to get. Beach: is big and clean with sand and many sunbeds , but you have to reserve them with a towel in the morning. The ocean is very wavy, you can’t enter and swim because of the waves. If you want to see the clear blue water from the postcards you can book a trip to Saona. All the beaches around Punta Cana are like this with big waves.

What I didn’t like is that everything is not included in all inclusive is super expensive: Room service , spa. The shop is also expensive but at least there are price tags. There is a fair at hotel where they say “you can buy local products cheaper” but it’s not true, don’t buy from there, it is very expensive. If you go for a trip or somewhere outside the resort you can buy with better price. the beach venders are expensive and annoying, they don’t let you rest . It’s a pity because Dominican people are not like this, they are nice and joyful.

facilities are beautiful and super clean. They have a lot of animals like flamingos and peacocks around is amazing. The included daycare is super nice perk and the shuttle from and to the lobby is very convenient .

Not all the staff had a service attitude and some either rolled eyes when talking to them. The open bar by the pools is not as good as the restaurant and lobby. Only one type of beer and hard to get a spot on the restaurants and they were not full. Pools closed too early 7pm

i love the facilities, the room was super clean and have view to both the sea and the pool. The staff is great, you hear noise while you sleep, just nature at it’s best.

I didn’t particularly enjoyed the food. Also, they have markets on some days where people come to offer souvenirs, at first I found it great until they became to pushy, on one occasion one of the stall holder b came angry at us because we didn’t buy and we found ourselves taking other paths to get to our rooms in order to avoid them. I didn’t expect this for a leisure trip.

How overcrowded it got during the weekend and the locals that were staying there were very rude and would push you to get ahead of the lines in the buffet or at trolly stops.

The location is beautiful, there were multiple pools to choose from and you had the lovely beach right at your doorstep. It was helpful to know some Spanish as not all staff members spoke English. The friendliness of the staff was also a bit hit and miss - but for the most part we had good and friendly service (especially our guy Yohancil at the pool bar). Absolutely loved our hotel room, it was newly renovated and had a great view. The hotel key was a bracelet which was super handy and something I had not seen before.

The food was mediocre at best. The buffet was not very good and lacked variety. Some of the restaurants had decent dishes but they were also lacking consistency. The people selling excursions and souvenirs did come on quite strong so this might put some people off but we actually managed to have good banter with them so it did not bother us too much.

- Reception staffs were very unkind and unhelpful. They need more training to treat the guests -El Pilon : The food was terrible, staffs were unkind except one lady who was very tall - Pool bar (The pool bar near A from the map)staffs were all lazy and unkind. Their cocktails were bad compare to other bars)

bed linens are in need of updating quilt & blanket rough & hard to touch. called several times could not get laundry service which was offered . food bland house wine not so good. drinks watered down.

There is a lot of people selling on this resort, became annoying after some time when you are just trying to relax
