Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

The atmosphere, food, pool, workers, were great, very helpful and always cheerful !

Trying to get into the restaurants when they open, and the Casino is terrible. They run the own payouts on the roulette wheel instead of the universal payouts. This to me is criminal because there are no signs instructing people of the 50% less payout than every other Casino.

not quite 5 star but all the facilities, cleanliness and friendly staff make up for the odd dong in the paintwork etc

Nice hotel, clean and maintained rooms. Very good main restaurant. The coffee house is perfect!

The SPA is completely overpriced. The souvenir shop is overpriced also. Steak house restaurant is not friendly for customers alone, always "no place inside" even if inside are free places but for a couple or a company they always will find the table.

Everything was good specially the food

The room smell humidity. I couldn’t sleep well.

George in reception is excellent most of staff is nice the buffet is great food in buffet was very good the coffee house was excelent

When you first get here the guys in white are very over agressive to get you to sign up for another vacation the person I had wouldn't even let me have a cup of coffee he also told me it would take an hour to sit with someone other guest told me it was more like two hours when I finally went to sit to speak with someone she didn't speak any English so I said forget it and I went and had my coffee. also the food in the other restaurants like route66 was cold the steakhouse steak is horrible and the wait in these restaurant s is rediculis

The entertainment was the best throughout the day. A/C works very well in the room. I also booked a privilege room, which was very nice.. Luis, the Butler, reserved us a restaurant each day for dinner. Great view of the pool from.bldg 10. A lot of entertainment for your pleasure and the staff was very nice. Loved the shows put on by Pokémon, Cherry, Dilan, Scooby-Doo, and Cola and Chocolate. Very nice entertainment each nice. I will definitely be back

The fact that I wasted 1/2 day in a presentation that I thought was supposed to be 30 mins per the Representative to show me around the resort, but instead it was about becoming a privileged member in the hotel chain.

Staff was great and helpful.

Beach was very small and the privileged area didn't have enough cabanas.

Everything was beyond my/our expectations ♥️ Loved the restaurants and especially the Mexican one. All staff at the resort plus restaurants were great. Miguelina at the Mexican & Elvin at the Route 66 and Marina are both excellent. Leandro at the Marina also very service minded and friendly. Actually there are more people/ staff who were great but don’t remember everyone’s names. The pool bar at the Privilege was great and so the staff. Entertainment crew the same and Pokémon did everything to get people engaged with their activities and successfully did so. Check in & out went smoothly. The pools are clean and the beach 🏝️ was really beautiful and clean too. I can go on boasting about this resort because it’s a great concept. Only one thing that I would love seeing a bit more updated is the gym. Everything else was great. Room service also great plus the food.

The gym could be upgraded/updated. Change the "bikes" into either 2 treadmills or one treadmill and one rowing machine 🙏🏽 Legpress into a modern one.

The hotel isn’t the newest or the fanciest, but it’s very clean, the food is amazing and the staff are the best you will ever meet. Two large clean pools with swim up bars, small but beautiful beach and the best views for lunch. Several excellent restaurants. Spacious hotel rooms - all white linen. Special mention has to go to Manuel, Joneiry and Yohan from the pool bars, Edwin from the beach bar, Alexander, Francesco and Carlos from the lobby bar, Yovany and Edwin the bar supervisors, Loly in Villa Marina, Francis and Diego the lifeguards, and ALL the entertainment team - Mini Cooper, Pokémon, Coca Cola, Cardi B, Bon Bon and boss Chocolate are amazing and work incredibly hard to include everyone.

the only poor element is the way some of the guests treat the staff
