Qty 4 - Free electric charging for EVs on-premises and all of them worked. Free parking and clean, nice-looking rooms that overlooked the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The proximity to shopping, food, and outdoor amenities is the best I have ever had at any hotel anywhere.

The bathroom was not closed off and was more of a bath area. The walls did not extend to the ceiling and if you are sharing a room the other person can hear EVERYTHING if they want to or not. In an attempt to be "modern," they had a glass-enclosed shower with a semi-frosted window between the shower and the living area. This means that if your partner/roommate wakes up to use the bathroom it floods the room with light. I would suggest they add a curtain to help with this.

The hotel was modern and was in an excellent location, and the staff's service went beyond expectation. For example, the lifts weren't working, and I had to carry water to my kids' room on the tenth floor. One of the staff offered to carry the water through the stairs to the tenth floor. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but we thank her from the bottom of our hearts. The large, nearby, underground free parking was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious.

The lifts were slow and often were out of order and not enough for the entire hotel residents. The rooms had a distinctive oder that needed to be rectified.

While the room was lovely, the mattress was much too firm (almost hard) for my liking. I did not sleep well at all because of the mattress. A mattress topper would fix easily this problem. Also the highway noises were very loud. I was on the 9th floor, so I certainly did not expect to be able to hear the highway like I did. With my husband not being on this trip, I was looking forward to not having to wear earplugs for 2 nights. But I ended up using them to block the noise.

We stayed in the corner suite on the top floor. The views were incredible, even facing away from the city. The hotel location is great if you have a car. Free parking nearby makes it easy. ETA 15 minutes from downtown Montreal.

There was a faint but unequivocal smell of cigarette smoke permeating through the building. Depending on the AC, it was occasionally distracting but mostly a nuisance. My fiancee had some minor allergies on account of the bedding on the first night, but the hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. She is very sensitive to dust mites and cat hair. It should not be an issue for most guests.

the design of the hotel is well thought out. The placement of lighting, receptacles, and USB ports allows for much flexibility The mobile desk is a nice touch. The staff is most informative and accommodating..

On the last of our stay we were awakened at 6:50 AM by a loud drilling noise. Upon complaining to the front desk, we learned that there was construction activity on the Third Floor of the building. Floors 2 thru 6 are office floors in this building and not under the control of the hotel. The hotel staff complained to building security and therefore to the contractors, but without any relief in the noise.

I liked how clean and modern the hotel is. I love the 12pm check out time. Fantastic views. I like the shopping district that it is located in. Try the acai bowl at Crus Comptoir around the corner, it is fantastic! 10/10 would recommend it to my friends.

It isn't in the heart of the city but once you figure out the bus schedule that didn't bother us. You can buy a 10 pass bus/metro ticket from the metro station. Until you find a metro station, you will need $3.50 (exact change) for each bus you take. Come here anyways, it is a great hotel!

We paid extra for the breakfast 27$ for two which was a bit high, but the continental breakfast was okay. The breakfast could have been improved. The location was great, close to all of the shops! The room was super big and comfortable and the facilities clean and feeling new.

The room was too hot even after I lowered the temperature to 19 degrees. I would have liked a pool or a spa option but this hotel just did not have.

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet and modern. Rooms were adequately dark for sleeping and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was great!

Bathroom set up was not completely functional. Having a toilet on the opposite side of the door to the sink is not the most hygienic situation and there was not room for things such as a hair straightener beside the sink. We only stayed one night so we just kept our suitcases on the bench but if we had stayed longer would have liked more drawers. Room service was over priced.

Very clean and the staff are very friendly. The was comfortable. Climate control was excellent. The shower was great. The location was perfect. Easy parking in the free parking garage. Nice bar and restaurant inside the hotel.

I'm not sure if it's because of thin walls or cheap uninsulates doors, but we could hear everything coming from the hallway and doors slamming. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Close to everything, clean and nicely decorated! great staff.

one of the cleaning ladies played French card with an Anglophone . she was told yes that she could clean the room, she was playing that game while she made a disabled person hold a heavy door, that could have me physically fall, and didn’t end up cleaning my room
