We had a delightful experience during our stay at the Griffin Hotel. The hotel's location was one of its standout features, conveniently situated just 1 kilometer away from the nearest metro station. Additionally, having a bus stop right across the street was extremely convenient for exploring the city. I would like to extend a special thanks to the helpful lady at the reception. She kindly informed us about the weekend pass available for the metro station, which allowed us to navigate the city effortlessly. Unfortunately, her name escapes me at the moment, but her excellent customer service made a lasting impression. Overall, our stay at the Griffin Hotel was truly enjoyable, and we appreciated the favorable location and the assistance provided by the reception staff.

Clean, new, good place

when we arrived in the afternoon, the front desk guy told us the hotel doesnt have a parking so I parked my car 3 blocks away. and later when i came back in evening. Another front desk lady told us there was a parking lot for a price. bu it was already too late to move. not super annoyed but can't say I'm happy with it.

The apartment suited our needs, the building was fairly quiet, and the staff were friendly.

No one let us know what the amenities were, asked if we needed support to get anywhere - would have been nice to have been welcomed in a way that ensured we had everything we needed.

The place is beautiful, we had a gorgeous view of the city. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. There's a park right across the street which is great for the kids.

Housekeeping is not available everyday unfortunately. You get 1 free cleaning per week and it's only from Tuesday to Thursday.

Location is perfect for the person who is looking to stay in a real neighborhood and not in a tourist trap. Lots of excellent restaurants, cafes, etc. Being able to walk the canal and visit the shops and eateries along Notre Dame Quest is a unique draw.

The apartment had a great layout and was super quiet! Also the apartment was new, modern, clean - and had a great view!

Kitchen equipment was very basic. It would have been great to have more plates, cups, scissors,.. The couch was too small and not comfortable

The price you pay is more than reasonable for what you get, also the metro is so close within walking distance that it's perfect 👌 The room is also magnificent clean and the size is perfect ❤️

I loved everything the light in the bedroom were hard to figure out at the beginning since the switch didn't seem to work and the balcony had a lot of spider issues but other than that everything was perfect 👌

Our accommodation had a great view of Montreal. But not all apartments would have.

It's a city, it is noisy. Please say the Parking is extra and how much it is. We used it and we're quite happy, but it is quite expensive, C$43 a night, but Parking on the street is almost impossible.

I loved how clean it was and that it was all modern and new. Staff was amazing so helpful and friendly. Location was beautiful too and very convenient for me as it was close to the friends I was visiting. I love the idea of it being an apartment as well so it has its own kitchen and laundry if I ever needed to use it.

Nothing really. It definitely is on the higher end of people's budget but you get what you pay for.

Location was great. Very comfortable suite and well equipped kitchen.

Was expecting a wall safe to secure our valuables. Also, some people with pets ignored the sign letting them know not to let their dogs pee on the lawn in front of the hotel. There were many places to walk their pets.
