Location was great and the Room was beautiful

Family was in Brantford for a family wedding. We requested an earlier check-in for the family (2 adults and 4 small children) so that we could relax a bit and then change & get everyone ready for the wedding. Was informed that they would make a note of our request. We were quite willing to pay extra for an earlier check-in. But on arrival, was informed that early check-in was not possible. That was very disappointing and staff did not seem to be very helpful.

location was good. Room was clean. The price was fair.

My child wet the bed on the pullout couch, I contacted the front desk to ask for cleaning supplies and they sent up housekeeping. The girl came in and took the old bedding off, put it in a garbage bag and put new stuff on without cleaning the soiled mattress

Best things - all day coffee, we loved hot chocolate being available, make-your-own waffles were a favourite and I particularly liked the spinach quiche with English muffins. Great selection!!

Air conditioner a bit loud and was intermittent so woke us up, Sofabed was too soft

Room was so well appointed, very clean and comfortable Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast offerings were great for the times. Also, my deposit was back on my card immediately and sometimes that can be days. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing that we didn't like were the pillows...but pillows can be a personal taste. We just found them to be not very substantial, too mushy, if that makes any sense

Easy access to Highway 403, and only 30 minutes from Hamilton John Monroe Airport. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was enormous and the layout was clever with a privacy curtain to pull across to separate the sitting area from the bed. Fully equipped kitchen area would be useful for longer stays.

Only thing no restaurant, breakfast was great loved idea of the barbecue next time we will bring something to barbecue, we ordered pizza at pizza store only 5 minutes away was really good ,

Breakfast was great! We enjoyed the fresh waffles and different breakfast sandwiches. The pool was also a highlight for the kids. The rooms had enough space for our family of 5 and the staff were very friendly!

The room was more spacious than my apartment I had in NYC. Breakfast had many selections. The staff was very nice. The shower had great water pressure.

I wish they had a restaurant in walking distance that was not fast food. I also would like a hot tub with the pool.

Staff was friendly, food was yummy, and the room was beautiful. My partner and I had an amazing time.

The deposit for using a debit card was really high. If I didnt have another source of payment, I wouldn't have been able to stay, which would have really been a shame.

The shower head is high enough for me (being 6,3). Very quiet room + the HVAC was as well as effective. Full kitchen with dishwasher… impressive.

I like my showers hot but I understand the reason for a limiter on the temp gauge.
