The staff was friendly, open and helpful all the time. Gym was great, good variety of equipment. We liked the bathroom products in the pump bottles, especially the hand soap and lotion at the sink and the products in the shower - much cleaner and easy to use instead of a messy bar of soap. The restaurant didn't have gluten free bread options and once asked, they brought in a great variety of brown and white bread and bagels the very next day. Underground parking was clean and well lit The scent in the lobby, elevators, stairways and other areas was very pleasing, calming and refreshing The cleaning staff did a great job with cleaning our room every day, and they were very friendly and detailed.

The breakfast was very good, and the eggs were always done nicely. We liked the offerings of nuts, seeds and dried fruits available near the hot cereal area. There could be a few more fresh fruit options - they had oranges and apples and sometimes bananas.

Love the locked parking garage, security key swipe features up to the room. Room was very nice, comfortable beds, very helpful staff and the breakfast was very nice- loved that it had oatmeal and waffles, not just the typical bagels and croissants

Wish there was more camera/security as reported suspicious activity of someone sneeking into locked underground parking and then same person hanging around to try and do the same the next morning Shuttle to the hospital would have been very helpful

The cleanliness and the card safety measures. The room was in a nice location and nice size.

The Tv didnt have an option to sign into nextflix. The breakfast was great but other egg options or more proteins would be nice! The location was rough, great hotel inside but outside being downtown made it seem like a rough environment. Woke up at 7am because a lady was yelling outside using slurs and curse words over a cigarette. Calling someone the f slur as well as many curse words and was clear and loud.

The location is good, easy access to the highways I used.

Breakfast was the weak point, a lot of disorganization, dirty place and lack of food, observing the area the hotel had two people working in the kitchen and they were not able to replace the food, clean the place and do the work in the kitchen , I gave up and left without having breakfast.

The pool was great, staff very friendly, comfy and clean room.

We couldn’t use the dryer because we didn’t have coins, the ATM didn’t work and we couldn’t charge it to the room. The only vegan options for breakfast were fruit and toast with peanut butter. There wasn’t a single plant based milk option. If there was oat milk, we could have had coffee and cereal at least.

Comfortable, clean hotel with large spacious rooms. I liked that they were eco about the toiletries too. Great bed. I only stayed for one night. I appreciated the convenient parking underground and breakfast being included.

Would have preferred real cutlery and plates at breakfast, but I understand it's a free breakfast, so no real complaints. Thanks for the efforts! 👍🏼

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. They were exceptionally, kind, attentive and helpful. The facility is very new and very clean.

The continental breakfast was good but would have been better with non-dairy milk (soy or oat) for coffee and cereal and more hot vegan options (hash browns, vegan sausage).

The room was really pretty and clean, location was super nice as well. The bathroom was also neat and all in all the stay was very comfortable.

There were two managers working throughout our stay, one of which was friendly and always helpful and the other sometimes came off as rude or not professional.

Although we only stayed for one night, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone else that has to go to Hamilton and would be staying the night.

The staff at the breakfast were very diligent and kept the space very clean and well supplied. The breakfast was a standard breakfast, met expectations. The hotel overall was great for a quick stay in Hamilton and staff at front desk very friendly and helpful as well.
