Quality Hotel Burlington

Such a beautiful location. At check in, the woman was so welcoming, already starting off our night great. Quick and easy check in! Bed was freshly cleaned and made, bathroom was spotless, the room in general just as perfect as could be! Right off the highway & VERY close to the shopping and restaurant district. If you’re wanting a midnight snack, there’s a gas station/ convenience store right across the street from the hotel. Quiet room, we could control the temp ourselves with no issues. During checkout we had forgotten our left overs from the night before, the woman at the desk was so sweet & reactivated the key for me to go up and grab it. Overall amazing experience and we will be returning soon! :)

I lived in Burlington for 43 years and went by the Inn daily and ate at Jakes many many times. We have moved north and had to come to town- Mom is at Billings next door. My daughter worked there years ago too. So this was our first time there and staying over. Very nice hotel!

We stayed in Room 320. It was clean and comfortable BUT the bathroom door has a really loud squeak which is not good when nature calls at 3:00 am.

The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk reception was friendly and efficient. We liked that the TV was current and had access to YouTube, Netflix, etc.

The breakfast was all pre-packaged. There was ample food. We stayed at a hotel once during Covid where they had a hot limited breakfast ready. It was served to us rather than us helping ourselves. It would've been nice if something like that was offered here. Also, good that they provide shampoo, conditioner, etc. but all in little throw away bottles. In these days of trying to conserve on plastic waste, larger refillable bottles in the shower would probably be a good idea.

The breakfast was excellent including most items you would find in a restaurant. The room was very neat and modern and the beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful.

The first room had a toilet which was malfunctioning but we reported it and were immediately moved to another room with apologies for the inconvenience.

Breakfast was excellent - hot items like eggs, bacon and home fries. Also yogurt, hard cheese, hard boiled eggs and cereals. Oranges and apples as well. Great restaurant next door for dinner called Jake’s. Excellent food.

Would have liked bananas available. Everything else was great.

Price and breakfast

There was an odour in our rooms on the first floor. We were told pets are allowed. Next time we will request an upper floor where pets are not allowed. The first room had an odour as soon as we opened the door and the second had an odour after we had the air conditioner on

Everything else about the fact with you is perfect I have no complaints about that the staff was pleasant the rooms were clean and I like the fact that they had a ramp because my wife was disabled thank you you just need to upscale the continental breakfast

I think they could do a little bit better on a continental breakfast my wife does not eat cheese everything they had there was cheese they had no cereal I think they're could do better everything is in the bag

The staff were kind, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was simple with a few different options to meet dietary restrictions. Beds were comfortable and clean, fair hotel all around!

The entire main lobby smelled of the pool, which was strange when trying to enjoy breakfast. Our room temperature was very difficult to adjust and we found it to be quite hot in our room.

Was clean everything was there good stay. I’ll recommend

There was super smell in basement I wasn’t expecting room will be in basement first time I have seen rooms in basement I paid for hotel and still I have to stay in basement that’s I don’t liked it.
