Days Inn by Wyndham Brantford

there are many amenities within walking distance. Price was inexpensive. Staff was very helpful and appreciated when I brought a matter to their attention (hair dryer hanger broke). Mini fridge and microwave in the room was very useful. The bed was comfortable and while I always bring my own pillow, I didnt have to take it out of my car as even the pillows were comfortable for this back sleeper with neck problems. Cable tv and new flooring, and breakfast included so it was great value.

more options for breakfast, as they offered apples for fruit, and only dairy milk. Maybe a waffle maker would be useful so they wouldnt have to put out only a couple pancakes and fried eggs at a time; although I'm sure they do this to prevent food waste. The dated furniture could use some TLC and there was obvious dust across the top of the headboard.

The staff were amazing - they accommodated our needs and were attentive to any issues we had! The rooms seem to have been updated compared to other days inn locations, which is a nice bonus! Breakfast is simple but functional, and there are plenty of restaurants around!

The main entrance doesn’t face the road, which was weird! I was a little confused on my first time trying to find the place. Also, they had no meat at breakfast but the eggs and pancakes were nice 👍

More selection should have been available until 1000am have enough until 1000am maybe muffins or bagels sausages would be good some kind of fruit

Have to carry luggage up stairs, I have a hard time with stairs and didn't know this would be required. Breakfast was skimpy, basic cereal, toast, coffee and juice, pancakes and eggs. Not kept up, things always running out and no one checking to top them up. One bed was very squeaky each time you turn. Wont be booking here again.

Room was exceptionally clean and staff cleaned above and beyond when I asked. Location is superb: close to highway, grocery and restaurants. Access to rooms from both sides of hotel was very convenient.

Wifi should be on a secured network, not open. Password given was only to use Days Inn connection, but connection itself was not secured.

I like it so much, this is my second stay.

Nothing at all to dislike. Only suggestion for improvement that I would make is to have more plugs near the bed - there was only one, on the lamp stand, available for plugging in laptop or phone.

Breakfast was very good and the man at the front desk went above and beyond to make eggs for me and very polite

The property was clean and so close to the highway! The staff were ALL very kind and helpful!

There was a bug in our room, that I felt bad killing lol but overall liked the property.
