Riverside Resort

Great spot for the family to stay and have a fun relaxing time. Great pool area and playground. Mini golf is a little old and unkempt, I wouldn’t pay for the course but it was a great addition to keep the kids occupied. The staff couldn’t be friendlier, honestly the nicest most helpful bunch of people, always smiling and ready to say hi and make your stay the best it can be. We stayed in the king suite and it was lovely and clean, only feedback would be we’d have loved a chopping board, bottle opener and recycling bin, but other than that, this is a great destination for the price!

There was no breakfast for us?? . The cottage was lovely. The staff excellent.

I expected a roll away, with a mattress. The trundle was very hard. Our water seemed to be connected to unit 37. It made showering quite risky changing unexpectedly from very hot to very cold in a second. A few extra towel racks would be helpful. Quite happy to save on towels, but difficult to dry with just one rack.

Loved the pool and slides, play park, handy shop on site (incredible ice cream!) and friendly staff. Convenient location. All very reasonable value for money. Safe and family friendly. Apartments newly refurbished and great common lawn area too.

Main pool toilets were in a pretty bad state - just meant that you went back to your apartment though.

It was an all in one, clean and comfortable resort with pool, slide and crazy golf on site. The staff were there because they loved it and conversed with the guests.

The Wi-Fi is patchy in the accommodation. With the resort moving to streaming TV this needs to be looked at as there was buffering at prime times

Everything. Very spacious, lots of counter space, beds were very comfy, location awesome. Loved the outdoor space and patio. Staff very friendly.

The shower, water coming out from tap and shower head and water would turn hot and cold, while showering. But that's pretty minor, because the room was great.

Place was beautifully decorated, clean and so close to water park, park and mini golf. I loved this resort for the kids, but it was pretty pricy.

The manager (with red hair) is extremely overbearing and obsessive when he watches the pool. He's very aggressive towards who can/can't ride the slide. While I can appreciate water safety, he took it to a whole new level. For the cost of the place, my kids (who were wearing life jackets and being safe) should have been able to ride the water slide. Also for $422 a night I should not have to wash my own dishes. I have never gone somewhere where there is a charge for not washing dishes.

I love love the owner Paul he just puts so much life into that resort. I have been coming for 25 years and Paul is the only owner I have seen personally interact with his clients. Super friendly and super accomodating. Leah is also one of my faves wow what an amazing human being. So caring and compassionate she sat with us and chatted and I absolutely adored her. She took care as if we were family. Now Terrance oh the Pool Attendent with first aid, oh he is soo funny, amaaazing with all the folks in the pool area, never angry, never ever lost his cool, super likeable and easygoing but also very watchful with the littles and making sure the rules are followed. Definitely made some amazing friends and so did our children. Thanks for an exceptional experience we will be back soon.

Bigger beds maybe a queen but that bed was the most comfiest bed ive ever slept on

Lovely home from home with patio area and fire pit. Pool was great with fun feel although a little busy at peak times.

We found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. People smoking pot in the communal outside area.

Location was great, as we wanted to do some walking around the area. Very beautiful surrounding areas. The unit itself was very well maintained, very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Really pleased with how accommodating and friendly the staff were and we will definitely go back again. As it was winter, the playground and pool weren't open, so we will be visiting in the summer with our toddler!

The staff at this resort are so friendly they make the stay even more enjoyable! Rene the pool attendant is upbeat, has good control ensuring safety poolside for all guests. She is most definitely an amazing addition to the team since our visit last year. We’ll done Riverside we look forward to returning!
