I had mentioned that I had pets in my original reservation and upon arrival was told that the pet fee was not included and the pet fee was a lot higher than other hotels I have stayed at. The bed was not very comfortable and I had a bad back and had a terrible sleep and severe pain the following day and asked if I could cancel my booking the the extra night due to my pain and was told I couldn’t. It was not a pleasant experience to sleep in such an uncomfortable saggy mattress for two nights. The restaurant on-site didn’t have much of a selection.

I liked the "grand dame" feel of the hotel and my suite was very comfortable. Easy parking, very nice staff at the front desk. I would stay again if I'm in that area. The lobby had some interesting British Royalty paraphernalia. My stay was short so can't comment on very much else.

It's not a modern hotel, so it feels a bit dated, but it's well maintained and there are no complaints from me. My room had limited view of a small garden, but my stay was short and that was not a problem for me. If you want a view room, make sure you're clear about that as part of your reservation.

Nice large room, comfortable beds, underground parking, and good location.

This is a very nicely designed building with impressive lobby and dining room. Unfortunately, nothing was open or available?? While the room was very well appointed with soft comfortable beds. The floor was carpeted with a strangely uneven surface under the carpet? It was like walking on a rock strewn beach. In the morning with daylight coming in through the window you can actually see the shadow of the lumpy bumpy floor surface that is under the carpet?!

Everything else was fine except you have a very weird table lamp that has no on off switch. Go check it out in room 207 and you will see what I mean.

I had trouble with my TV not working properly and you front desk personnel tried helping me from the front desk the first night. I asked your morning front desk personnel to send some one up to have a look at my TV but that didn't happen as nothing was done. I asked the evening front desk personnel to help me and she gave me another tip to try and fix the issue and it worked. She told me she couldn't leave the front desk and had no one else to send up. That's when she gave me the tip to see if I could get the TV to work and it did.

Location was super convenient for our early ferry. The bed was superbly comfortable. The front desk staff was wonderful and barkley was just the cutest!!

For the price, i expected handsoap in the bathroom for washing. I also would have expected bath robes as other establishments in the price range are able to provide such amenities. The pillows on the bed were rather thick and forced a less comfortable sleeping angle. Lastly, the parking garage lighting was easy on the eyes in the early morning, but made it difficult to see and was just too dim for during the day.

The staff were excellent. The only exception I would note is that during breakfast I heard a very unprofessional conversation between someone who seem to be a bit higher up in the dining room. He was speaking with my server and he was very condescending, too loud and it was all regarding coronavirus regulations. It kind of spoiled my carefree Sunday breakfast that I was enjoying.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

It seemed quiet enough. the long weekend meant construction was halted. I was disappointed to find the pool has not been operating for a few years with no intention of bringing it back. Would've appreciated a continental breakfast The location for our needs was perfect.

the lobby is absolutely beautiful ..spotlessly clean and everything was shiny and dust free. I would of liked to have been able to spend more time there

There was nothing not to like. I was pleasantly surprised at all of it. Just a very well looked after hotel. The owners should be proud of their staff

We were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was excellent. They let us check in early & check out late which was important to us in our circumstance. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I requested an alternate room when we arrived after learning that the room we were being given we too close to some construction happening at the site that I didn't know about when I booked, the youg lady at the desk we very accommodating which I really appreciated

The bed are getting a bit too hard over time 9we've stayed here before) and the restaurant and pool weren't open for the days we stayed which was disappointing
