Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Osoyoos, an IHG Hotel

EVERY staff person at this hotel was professional, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The beds were perfect! So comfortable. The room was bright, fresh, clean and well appointed. The private beach, bbq area, lounge chairs are a great addition ! Location is excellent. You can walk to everything you need including wine tastings.

Not all rooms have been renovated yet. Make sure you get one of the renovated rooms or you won't have the same expeience. The pool and hot tub are indoors. An outdoor hot tub would be an amazing addition.

We've been coming to the Holiday Inn Osoyoos for a few years now. This was the first year that everything worked out perfectly. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with exactly what we wanted :).

I still don't like the way they put a hold on your card for the full amount + damages. There's no arguing it. I've never encountered anything like it at other hotels (in Osoyoos or elsewhere).

We always stay at this property as we love the location and the rooms are a good size.

This is the first time in all our years of staying at the hotel that the 2 staff members on check in were rude and not helpful at all. We had booked 2 rooms but they only had 1 booked, I showed them my confirmation and they said well that's what happens when you book with a 3rd party (Booking.com). I have always booked with them and never had an issue before.

Amazing location with the lake in front and behind. We had the stunning Queen Suite, fully equiped kitchen area, cooker, microwave, coffee maker etc. Highly recommend this property.

Had a prob with a meal, ordered steak, very well done, no blood, but sent mine back as it was the exact opposite. the waitress was lovely and appologised on behalf of the chef, etc, but when it was taken back to cook it some more, the fries that had been touched by the blood were taken off my plate, as was some of the salad, but wasnt replaced. Other than that, we did have a really lovely stay. Thanks to all. Dawn and Janice ( my friend Janices first visit , she was my husbands carer and friend, and she accompanied me on the trip that was meant to be me, my husband and her. Saddly my husband died suddenly, but we carried out our plans and brought his ashes to sprinkle outside on the lake....

The location, facility and staff were great! The stay was very comfortable, I love the private beach and the room was nice and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Balcony was a little dirty and the bathroom could use a bit of upgrading. The bbqs at the hotel wasn’t working properly.

The view was amazing and the balcony was great. The private beach was wonderful and the BBQ was very handy. We will remember this outstanding hotel forever. The staff were also very kind, helpful and patient.

Not enough luggage carts. Breakfast is overpriced for standard bacon and eggs and hashbrowns any kid can make and they got my wifes poached eggs wrong as she asked for no runny yolks.

The lakeside view was spectacular from our balcony., The hotel was convenient to our activities and friends. Our comfortable room was quiet, parking was included in room rate. The efficient reception & breakfast dining staff were pleasant and courteous. Their restaurant prices were competitive with similar establishments,

The restaurant for dining was not open due to covid19 & inadequate staffing , except for Sunday morning. I booked this hotel because they had a restaurant and bar, which I assumed was open.. i believe that on Holiday Inn hotel website that there should be a notification whether the dining/bar is open.

We were just looking for a place to stay for the night and booked last minute but wow we were surprised with how spacious and clean the place was. We checked in pretty late around 1am but the staff was super helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. This place has everything you need!

The view is great. Nice pool. For the summer it is a very nice location. Rooms are spotless, and furniture is up to date. Underground parking is for guests only with the key access.

A bit far from the main street shops. The restaurant is a bit pricey. And for off-season months, the stay is too expensive.

great location, literally on the lake. Had a great time with family on the beach.

very surprised that there was no complementary breakfast. I have stayed in so many holiday inn hotels, not ever there was a hotel where there was no breakfast. I love their breakfast, so many options to choose from, nice and healthy. this one not having that option was a disappointment
