Staff handled everything with warmth and professionalism. The Hotel is ideally located for people enegaging with the European Commission, parliament and associated government offices. There are ample supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby and excellent transport links.

Breakfast is pricey for what you get.

Nice rooms, good bedding, nice shower and an exceptional breakfast!

The garage, which - as is the case with a lot of hotel parkings - is better suited to smaller cars, but is also a bit of fun, as your car goes into a lift to access it. And unfortunately the one lift going up to the top floor was out of service, so we had to drag our luggage up a floor through a steepish staircase. The nice young lady at the reception desk had proposed to take up my luggage as I am slightly handicapped, but it was not worth the bother really. A single lift for the whole hotel was a bit of a nuisance though.

The modern and location :) the bed is super comfy also and room is big for this reasonable price Def would recommend to people

There’s one night, neighbour were party till 2pm then had to call the reception and asked them to deal with the noise at 3am But soon as the staff went to knocked door the noise went gone. Just that little thing otherwise hotel is nice

Perfectly connected to the airport and Brussels centre. Very quiet despite of being inside the heart of the EU District. Perfect for a short stay and a good night rest in a well connected area

It's strange that the light in front of the bathroom goes on automatically when you go to the bathroom room. In the night this is quite disturbing when you sleep with more then one person in the room. A on or of switch should be provided.

Location, staff are excellent. Breakfast is OK. The room was adjasent (two rooms linked by a locked door) and that cause serious problems (no sound isolation, moreover, a crazy neighboug last night caused no sleep at all).

The room joined with another room by the door with no sound isolation, no safe feeling if you have a crazy neighbour… also pillows very very uncomfortable.

Great hotel. I loved it! Very clean, receptionists are very kind and friendly and managed very well to communicate with me in English. I could check in at 12pm and check out in the middle of the night with no problem. The room is not big, neither small. Average size, just perfect for one person. It is very clean. They don't clean the room while you stay there because of covid. Instead, you'll find new clean towels and a bottle of water daily. Location is fine, quiet, near the European Parliament. There's public transport just at 5 min (Brussels Schuman). The centre is at 25min walking but very easy to reach. Just straight ahead. To reach the center is 12eur with uber. I highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast is quite expensive

Breakfast: not complicated with many different salad and fruit. Bread is also good. Location: Quiet, easy access from the Brussels international airport by the direct express bus line(Line number 12) Near to the metro, railway and a few different bus lines. Room: Large room with jacuzzi bath. Just relaxing.

Great location near the European commission, access to the Subway in a few minutes and close enough to city center. Really good breakfast, helpful and always available staff. Very clean rooms with everything one needs in a room.

The hotel could use improvements in offering information about the city, transportation system and information useful for tourists, without having to ask. The mattress sheets were a bit uncomfy ane scrachy, but that's just an issue of personal preference.

Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Our requests were addressed swiftly. The room was cozy, albeit small and rather dark. Small I mention in particular in relation to the high end price.

There are basic amenities in the room that could be upgraded. Bathroom in particular was very basic, and the room not very large.

Central location in particular for people who have business with the EU Institutions in Schuman area. Very close to restaurants and bars and close to metro station. Delicious breakfast, variety of products. Helpful and professional staff. The bed and pillows were very comfortable!
