ibis Hotel Brussels Expo Atomium

The hotel was very nice. Parking was in an enclosed area at the back and only Euro 10 per day. The little one, 11, had her own bed and space which was super. The location was fantastic with the tram just a 9 minute walk away. We did not take up the breakfast option for the 2 nights and managed to get into town on the tram to get a good brunch. There were a few supermarkets and cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Safe area and very quiet. The room was quiet so we were able to sleep till 9.30am without a problem. The temperature in the room was just right and was cleaned everyday so was really good. There was a bar/restaurants downstairs. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Mariana was super helpful. The Atomium, which is a must see site, was only 15 mins walk away. There is a shopping centre within the Expo site as well which was only a few mins walk too. No kettle or coffee in the room though there was very decent coffee downstairs with a croissant. So once again location, room size, comfort, facilities bar the coffee were all good so five stars!

Nothing to say at all apart from the kettle/coffee or tea not being in the room ! Everything else was super ! No problems at all.

The room had air con, which was greatly appreciated! The bed was extremely comfy and I had a great nights sleep. The hotel is very close to Palais 12, which is where I was heading. Staff were very friendly. They served food at the bar but it was not exactly quality. Microwaved meals but it was appreciated that they served food all night. Free bottle of water in the room which was a nice touch. Plenty of power points in the room.

No tea or coffee in the room. It's not too much to ask for, is it?

The location is just outside the LEZ Brussels, so it's perfect if you come by car but can't/won’t enter the city. parking in the facility is very easy and safe. you just need to pay €10 at the reception upon arrival. the receptionist gave me a free drink voucher at the restaurant because it was my birthday, it's a simple but generous gesture which I appreciate. The room was decent but clean.

Nothing, all is as expected.

Everything was OK taking into account the purpose of our visit - a concert at the nearby stadium. The staff members were very helpful and kind.

I would suggest the breakfast places to be cleaned more frequently. I do not say the hygiene was not OK, however sometimes we had to clean ourselves the table after the previous guests.

always fun to stay at IBIS Brussels EXPO. They never let me down and was again great to catch up with so many other nice people attending Brussels EXPO as well. See you next time

push /pull hard to close the door of the room. Even saw open doors of other rooms probably by people who did not pull hard enough closing their door. (told reception to check out if all was ok for that room)

The hotel staff were nice and friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was self service and lots of choice. There was also nice food in the bar. A great hotel to stay at if visiting the Expo as it is only a five minute walk.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Good location - walking distance to Palais 12. Stayed one night for a gig. Room was cool, good air con system. Was good sound proofing as was quiet through the night. Staff friendly. Plenty hot water.

No iron in the room but I think this could be requested.

Brilliant Location as it just opposite the venue for a Concert. Hamed from Front Desk is a star asset for this property, very helpful and friendly. Surprised with the Breakfast spread, pretty good.

Excellent location for Expo. Staff exceptionally helpful & friendly. Rooms good. Dog friendly. Breakfast good variety.

No kettle, tea & coffee making facilities in room. We were lucky and found a place but parking on site quite limited

There is no tea or coffee maker in the rooms I stay in ibis hotel in all countries that I travel this is only one who have different policy
