I couldn't believe it - I booked the cheapest option, and when we got there the receptionist told us that we receive the penthouse apartment, at the top of the hotel! Wow! With 2 balconies and a great view to the city - needless to say, we were blown away! The room was huge, with a fantastic bed, and a spacious bathroom. I also loved that the checkout was at noon.

Big room, comfy beds, good location.

The room was very hot. One of the reading lamps did not work. Although I complained twice, it was not repaired during my stay.

The breakfast was brilliant. A very nice selection of different pastries, cakes, fruit, hot food and cereals. I really enjoyed the breakfast every morning and left the hotel with a full stomach. The hotel rooms are up to standard, bathroom is very nice and luckily we had a room on the top floor so we had a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which we used almost every day and a train station that is a 5-7 minute walk away. The hotel lobby always smells lovely and clean and the standard of cleaning the rooms is exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here!

Accommodated us with an early check-in. Front desk staff are superb - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has enough variety if you plan to stay a few days and a great way to start a full day of sightseeing. Bathroom was beautifully renovated and the room was larger than we expected.

Bed was a little firm for our liking but a common theme throughout our European trip. Carpet needs a good clean or to be replaced. Location is a little outside of the main tourist area but there is a direct bus or quick subway ride into the core.

I like people who work at the hotel - they are very nice and friendly! Room and building are fresh and tidy. The hotel worths this money. Balcony on the 8th floor has lovely view <3

Wifi was not good, speed was a quite low - probably I was unlucky and usually it works better, but i can share only my experience :) Also it would be lovely to have vegetables for breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was large, very clean and the toilet and bathroom were really clean and modern. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was on offer: along with the hot cooked food which changes between days, there were also plenty of continental style breakfast. But what made it special was the quality of produce that was on offer.  Another benefit that we didn’t realise until we got there was that there is a bus stop right infront of the hotel, from which the bus 74A will take you direct to Wien Mitte station (to catch S-bahn, U-bahn and regional trains) so it’s very convenient for travelling within the city and outside the city and to/fro the airport.  There’s were also a few restaurants, cafes and shops nearby which made it even more convenient.  Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel and the service provided by the staff there.

Nice room, friendly staff. Breakfast quite good. Well, it was a good hotel.

There were no citybikes near, nearest station about 900 meters. Otherwise location was okay.

Overall, an excellent hotel. Modern, clean, soundproofed, comfortable room with lots of useful facilities, cozy beds. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. What comes first: A nice receptionist was welcoming us at the check-in and noticed that the little girl travelling with her mother and me would be celebrating her 10-th birthday just the following day. Therefore, when we were leaving the hotel, she presented her with a small box of chocolate. Such kindness made our stay at the hotel truly memorable.

The water pressure(in the shower), very comfortable bed and spacious room. Accessible public transport (line 74A stops right in front of the hotel, and the metro station is relatively close).

The placement of the faucet,it splashes almost all the surroundings. Very small ironing table and impractical coat hangers.
