the best Hotel in central Vienna, near all the needed places and you can walk around the historical area good for families and friends full equipment of kitchen and beds 🛏️ you can walk to the garden I like the staff of this hotel they are ready to serve you 24 hours per day. thank you for the best service and time and memories in Vienna.

It was our first time in Wienn: me, my wife and our two daughters (6 and 12). The building is basically in the center of the city but in a very quiet area. You have two restaurants just downstairs with amazing food and bier and very good prices. If you’re coming with the car, you can get a discounted parking ticket which can be used in a public parking spot very close - around 25 euros per day. Don’t leave the car outside, you can get a big fine if you take a paid parking spot or even have your car towed. The elevator inside the building is very fancy, there are video surveillance cameras everywhere and the doors automatically locks when you leave the apartment. The kitchen is fullly equipped, just go to a near shop such as Billa or Spar and you can cook your food at home. Very useful especially when you have kids. The people are really nice and my only complaint is that we are way to far away from Wienn. :-)

This is a really nice place to stay. All the extra's were very much appreciated (slippers, really good coffee, daily roomservice, very nice bath/shower gel, free spritzers in the fridge and much more). Spacious room! And the beds were very very comfortable. Wish I had them in my own home... And the whole building, including the old, but newly updated elevator was beautiful. The location was perfect. So in one word: super!

Everything was perfect and clean. Very nice apartment just 5 mins walking from central market. We got upgrade and it was 2 bedroom apartment with all the facilities. My kids loved the place. Nice kitchen with all the required utensils, which was great help to us. This will be the only place if we will come back to Vienna again.

Studio Apartment spacious lots of, facilities for room such as tea/coffee, iron, hairdryer. Great location in city, close to city airport train (CAT) and underground metro line

Some dirt on floor in bedroom, higher shelves in dresser were dusty

The location was exceptional and the staff was incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to other first timers in Vienna.

Excellent location which was on quite a quiet street but yet very close to the main areas with lots of nice restaurants etc within very short walking distance. Room was very large and comfortable, temperature was good. We especially loved the breakfast basket that was including in our booking due to Genius status - fairly basic with croissants, jams, bread rolls etc but it was such a nice touch along with the complementary coffee pods.

Nothing! We thought we'd be annoyed by the two twin beds together but they were so comfy we really didn't mind at all. Everything was great!

The hotel is very well located for a city break in Vienna. The staff were very helpful. The room was great - comfy beds, great kitchenette with a coffee machine & coffee pods, kettle & teas, fridge, utensils, a counter-top cooker and a few pots. There were also enough crockery, which was nice, and meant we didn't have to wash up mid-meal in order to have enough to go round. The bathroom was appointed with the standard shower-in-bath combination. We didn't use the bath, but the shower was excellent.

Honestly, it was great. There is a building site opposite, which was a bit noisy from 8am onwards, but we were up at that time anyway, and it isn't something the hotel could control. I would say that the lift is vey charming and old fashioned (the old double-door system). I could see it being an issue for people with mobility problems - but I suspect the hotel staff would help out in that situation if you requested it. They are lovely.

Great location (4 min walk from cathedral) Very high standards of apartment maintenance and service. Staff are very responsive and are doing everything to help, helped us getting big taxis several times - always with a smile and very efficient and quick. Neighborhood is quiet (even if its not windows soundproof is excellent, we didn`t hear the street at all) The apartment is much bigger than we thought, very clean and great for kids.

We did hear other rooms (moving furniture or jumping, not talking) In the first day seems the A/C couldn`t handle the heat in the apartment, but we must mention it was a very hot day and this seemed to be a problem also in other places we have visted that day. the other day was fine.

This was really a suprise! Such a nice apartment hotel and we love to come back any time! Also the location is fantastic! It's also very calm and quiet! Also no smoking thanks for that super fresh and clean! If you come by car they have a local garage they corporate with so ask them. Watch out because some places can be really expensive! It's difficult to park in Wien if you are a foreign tourist because the app "Handyparken" does not work and you need temporary onetime parking tickets, 15 min are free at tourist info etc. Apprently "if caught" parking ticket is 36 Euro so could be a bargain for 24 hours! From 10 pm to 9 am parking is free as also in weekends and red days.
