Room 229 has a huge bed, 5 windows overlooking the side garden area, drink facilities and a bath with a good shower over. The air con worked well. There is a good sized sitting area and television. Tea and coffee was provided on arrival but top ups had to be requested at reception. There is a small fridge for milk and drinks. Toiletries were also provided initially but not replenished. Towels and bedding could be serviced daily if required. The hotel is convenient for all the sights if you like walking or are confident using the trams.

Drinks and toiletries should have been replenished as required. The building site next door woke us at 6.30am and worked until dark.

It’s the second time we stay here in two months, so we really like it. there are three supermarkets within 100m, close to tram/metro/bus stations, very comfortable, and clean. also, the 17euro/day parking fee is amazing for Vienna and it’s comfortable if you’re traveling by car since they have an underground garage.

we were on the first floor and there was an outdoor space that was shared with other rooms. the room on our left was noisy and partying in front of our window with direct access to our room. I complained to the staff but there wasn’t much they could do. I did not feel safe.

The description of the room is correct. The hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants and fast food. The shopping center is nearby, the bus stop is in front of the hotel, and the subway is a few minutes' walk away. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the city center. Everything is clean and tidy. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. We had to add a bed for an 11-year-old child, which is the same as the beds in the room, not an uncomfortable sofa like in some hotels. There is no mini bar, but that's why you have an empty fridge for personal use. We also had a kettle with coffee and tea in the room. Wi-Fi connection is ok. Free bottled water in the room and chocolates on check out are a nice sign of attention. The hotel allowed us to park the car a few hours before check-in, nice.

This is not a complaint, but it would have been nice if we had 3 glasses and cups instead of two because there were three of us in the room. We got an extra glass at the reception.

The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming, and overall it gave us a very positive experience. The staff was very friendly and was willing to help in whatever we needed. We had breakfast on one of the days, and it had good variety and everything we tried was good. It is also very close to a tram station and not too far from a metro station, which make it easy to access the central locations.

The location isn't very central. There are some restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, but if you are there on the weekend some of them close early on Saturday and don't open on Sunday.

Great 4* hotel, great recepcionist staff, helpful, guest focused, polite. On late check in Mrs Monika, on late check out Mrs Sara & Mr Senad who advised me about BestWestern bonus points! Also, restaurant staff were helpful, always polite greeting the guests, and bringing quick whatever's missing on buffet. Breakfast is rich. Garage is spacious, hotel position's overall great, close to transportation and to the 1st District i.e. within the walking distance. All premises and rooms are really well maintained and clean. Roomservice ladies, also very helpful and polite, greeting the guests in elevators, lobbies, and helping whatever goes wrong in the room.

As frequently stay in this hotel, someone will say that I am promoting it thru the reviews...it is not the case, as the hotel really deserves excellent notes in the range of 4* hotels! The room was clean, as well as all the premises. Super polite reception staff, on check-in Mr. Likeric, on the departure the daily shift colleagues, really, everything went smooth&with Austiran smile :)! When I needed additional towels, late at night, the staff reacted really promptly and brought them straight to the room door. Breakfast is really good and rich as well the convenient parking space. The hotel is positioned close to the public transportation but just 30mins walk from the Vienna center. For sure when I will visit Vienna next time, I will not change the hotel.

Due to business trips, I frequently stay in this hotel, and always have to emphasise best notes for it Spacious room, great staff on reception, on late check in Mrs Monika, very quick and professional check in after I've been tired, all was prepared and I entered room very quick...on check out always a polite professional and quick staff (Mrs Jasmin), thanks for doing all quick and smooth with a smile :). All premises are very clean and well maintained, as well a good parking space. Breakfast is also good, rich with helpful restaurant staff. Absolutely recommended 4* hotel to stay. Quite close to Vienna centre, 30mins within the walking distance, also approach to public transportation very easy. Friendly place!

Our overnight stay in Viena was as usual, great, also thanks to the comfortable hotel amenities. The room was very large, perfectly clean, quiet, with a huge bathroom. Coffee/tea facilities in the room are something we always appreciate, Rich quality breakfast, nice and helpful staff.

check-in after 15 pm was a bit off, since we arrived early, but we had been informed about that, being specified upon reservation. however, some hotels manage to provide check-in earlier sometimes and this would have been a nice touch. anyway, we were allowed to store our luggage.

As a frequent guest in this BW Plus hotel in Vienna 3rd district, always can emphasis a very cozy stay, clean premises, great reception staff on late check ins (this time Mr Likeric) who is always friendly, professional assuring quick and smooth room entry with all details prepared. On check out a great daily reception staff, this time Mrs Vanya and Mrs Sara, very friendly, polite and professional ladies, answering on all guest questions herwith assuring your stay being comfortable. Breakfast was rich, as well the garage spacious. The hotel is settled 30mins within walking distance from the heart of Vienna, as well close to all public transportation connections. Absolutely recommended!

Accommodating in this hotel was again really a pleasure. Always all run very smoothly, with no unexpected situations, and the staff is very professional. On late arrival, the reception really runs very smoothly, and it is very professional and guest-oriented (if available, rooms of choice can be picked). Especially emphasizing Mr.Likeric's approach, who is very communicative, guest-oriented, helpful, and professional. On check-out the daily shift reception colleagues were also very professional, all were very quick with a goodbye smile and no problems. A rich breakfast table, a spacious garage, also a very good city position are advantages of this 4* hotel. The room and premises are kept very clean. Well, as long the business will drive me to Vienna, will stay at this hotel. Truly recommended 4 stars.
