Wilsonton Hotel Toowoomba

The rooms were very nice and each of our rooms had air-conditioning which was excellent seeing as there was no actual loungeroom. The location was awesome and the hotel was nice and close. The staff at both places were exceptional. Will definitely be staying there again

The only thing that wasn't excellent was the shower. The water pressure wasn't great. The toilet unfortunately had excrement in it as it was cleaned properly but after a flush it was fine.

I have been staying at the Wilsonton for well over ten years now and in the last couple of years management have made improvements where it really counts, like upgrading the airconditioning. No more burying my head in the pillow to drown out the noisy air -con sound. The beds have always been comfortable and still are and the room size is awesome. It will remain my home away from home. Some hooks behind the bathroom door would be very handy for a robe after showering, and a soap holder or some shelf inside the shower would be excellent.

Room was clean even though showing its age and beds comfortable.good value for price paid.very handy to the motel and meals and situated on the edge of the shopping village less than 2 mins walk.had to check in via their gaming area as we were late arriving and staff were both helpful and friendly.

Anything expected better would obviously incur a higher accommodation cost.you get what you paid for and wanted

I was in Toowoomba for an eye operation and the hotel was just a short taxi ride away from the hospital. I picked the hotel because of its proximity to the Wilsonton Shopping Centre as I had to be there a day before the operation to see the specialist and would then be in Toowoomba without a car so as I had an afternoon to kill thought it would be best to be near shopping. As I was on my own I had a room service meal that night, which was delicious as the meals are really good and value for money.

Very handy location as family live in the area. Beds were very comfortable. Was provided with cutlery and microwave which made the stay a lot more accommodating. The water was hot for showers. Very close to other shops etc. Must have read our review from last stay as very noticeable changes to the room and felt our stay was upgraded for adding the extra needs mentioned in prior ratings.

Very happy with this stay - will certainly stay again.

Great Accommodation, Beds very Comfortable, Room very Clean and Location was easy access to Hospitals and Shopping Centres and surroundings were quite Staff friendly and very approachable including the cleaning staff Very easy access to the Hotel Bistro meals and drinks excellent too

Toowoomba is cold, I grew up there but keep forgetting how cold it could be.. The heating in the room was great so definitely not the hotels fault for the Toowoomba weather

We all enjoyed our stay and it is in easy reach of everything we needed and it was close to my families home, the family rooms were great very clean and comfortable, we were very happy with all facilities and will definitely stay again and recommend you to our family and friends. Thank you

Nothing we were very happy with everything.

Stayed in 3brm Studio. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, very clean, spare blankets if needed. The staff were friendly, location was quiet, aircon in each room.

Hot water took a couple minutes to come through in the shower and water pressure wasn’t great, just a light drizzle really.

Stayed in the Studio family room, accomodating 6 people. rooms were large. beds clean and comfortable. nice little court yard out the back. very close to shops and the pub. Staff very nice. my family had a great time in Toowoomba.
