Large room. Large bathroom. Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. Microwave, flate screen TV, all cutlery/crockery, jug, kettle. Table and chairs. Large luggage bench. Fresh, clean linen and carpet. Good lighting and air-conditioning. Ironing and hair-dryer provided. Toiletry dispensers at vanity/shower. Tissues provided. Glassware. Off street parking. Breakfast Menu provided. Friendly welcoming staff. Very quiet rooms/motel. Close 5 mins to CBD. Excellent choice stay.

Cannot speak highly enough about the staff. Super friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and set up for us coming in which is so helpful when travelling with a toddler. The bed was so comfortable as was the huge couch. The bathroom was clean and comfortable as well.

There was nothing at all wrong with this place. We will definitely stay again when travelling to Qld

Lynne at reception was so lovely. We found the room to be clean, handy and it was a good price. We had stayed there before, and we intend to stay there again - we like the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, so we would book a place there again, when we next come up.

We found everything good. Just one small thing - perhaps more than one blanket in the cupboard.

A rare occurrence in many motels but the freezer actually worked and so did the internet 😃 It’s a easy to find comfortable and reasonably priced motel with helpful staff. O and it was very welcoming to walk into a cool room with air conditioning going on arrival.

There was really nothing not to like.

I felt peaceful, comfortable and safe which is important when travelling alone. The receptionist Lynne was friendly, and obliging with my requests. The room was a great size. The hot water pressure was perfect.

That it is winter and I couldn't take advantage of the pool. There was nothing I didn't like as the room definately met my needs and lived up to my expectations.

The room was clean and comfortable and with a (2) seater lounge to watch TV. Everything was provided, tea, coffee biscuits milk. Microwave was good for us. Very quick hot water in shower. Breakfast purchased was very nice. Good location close to shopping centres, clubs etc.

Whilst air conditioner kept the room nice and cosy it was old box style and a bit noisy.

The beds were so comfy and We absolutely loved the location everything was just within few minutes away from shops and entertainment for the family. Staff were very kind and helpful. Was able to have a portacot for our youngest. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends we would stay here again.

There is every thing you need. I have left item in the room, it got pickup by the staff and keep it well in the office for me to collect. Thanks a lot.

The aircondition is working but only blows COLD while there was -1 in winter. The room is clean but not deep clean. We need to wipe all surface before use, and we glad we done it. A huge tree in front of the driveway better cut off. It blocks the view when drive out. While entering to a main road with very heavy traffic, it will be better to have a clear view in all time.

The location was central to our requirements Facilities supplied were good eg tea/coffee, microwave, bathroom toiletries The manager was very friendly and offered any help she could give

Due to room configuration, there was limited room on one side of the bed It was difficult to get into bed and there was no bed-side table

Nice older style motel, with friendly staff and easy check in and out.

The window was very difficult to lock, and the air-con was noisy. Tree out the front, near road obscure's view of traffic. Potential to cause an accident.
