Toowoomba Central Plaza Apartment Hotel

Location is perfect, central to everything in town - particularly great for the Carnival of Flowers, as both Queen's Gardens and Laurel Bank Park are within walking distance, and the parade passes by right outside. Plenty of places to eat nearby, too, and very close to Grand Central shopping centre. Also includes undercover parking. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Standard size room with good layout including kitchenette, desk, chairs, bathroom. Windows that could open was great, especially when cooking. We were grateful to be able to use the board room to store our belongings before /after our stay. parking was free and secure. Handy 2 minute walk to grand central.

The fridge had a mind if it’s own. not cold enough and then froze most things overnight.

I loved being in the centre of town and close to all facilities, my appartment was really clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Everything so clean. There is a pool and undercover parking in the apoart.ents. All the staff were so very helpful and so very friendly. Thankyou for making my stay a great experience.

It was clean and inviting. Close to grand central shopping centre. The surroundings were pretty and had lots to do and look at.

My only complaint is that it was not short person friendly. I had to get reception to get the kettle down because i could not reach it.

Great location downtown and close to where we needed to be. The apartment meant we had the space we needed to get organised together for our activities. The staff were very friendly and were able to arrange a spare cot on check-in when we realised the rooms had double beds rather than twins. Thank you!

The elevators took a while to come, there are only two and we were checking in and out when everyone else was.

The staff was fantastic especially Angela who moved us to a better room. We booked with Booking. Com and the pictures of the room we booked showed a balcony. We had no balcony. Angela was very understanding and she moved us to a room with a balcony.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Quiet. Great location, close to Major Shopping Centre & shops. Secure undercover carpark. Staff were great.

The 2 metal poles in-between the swipe access to get into carpark. Upon existing carpark, had to reverse my car to get out as it's a tight turn & luckily the boom gate went up to allow this to happen.

Great spot, no facilities were accessed due to the weather. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean . We only encountered one staff member and she was friendly and courteous, helpful too.

The table was a bout 1.2 meters high with tall aluminium topped stools on which the seat part was wobbly on both. THis is inappropriate in a room like this where people of our age (mid 60's) might sit to have a cup of tea or a chat about where we might go for dinner. Strangely, the fridge was at the left hand end of the "kitchen bench" in a nook made by an adjoining ward robe and the DOOR of the fridge was hinged on the right side...this way meant that there was a wall on the left hand side, another wall (from the robe) opposite and the door itself when open made an almost perfect block to putting our stuff in there.

Very poor Wi-Fi extremely slow speed Only one bedside table so had to put glasses on floor Shower over bath so if you have any mobility issues makes it difficult to shower

Location with views over city was great. Nicely furnished. Great restaurant breakfast

Not 1 but four giant moths came out of the curtains on first night!! Would have been nice to have a jug for water in the fridge. Noise from video games at 11.30pm from next neighbouring apartment.
