There was a bit of dust on the top of the fridge and under the basins, but the room was otherwise beautifully maintained and clean. The location is great if you are attending a conference at BCEC and don't mind walking a couple of blocks. There is very minimal noise from the nearby overhead trainline and the cafe downstairs serves great coffee!
The frosted glass sliding doors to the second bedroom were very crunchy and loud, so it was difficult to check on our daughter when she was sleeping. The main issue that I have is that I cannot stay here if I were to bring my entire family (this time it was just me, husband and toddler) because we have 4 kids and the max occupancy is 5.

・Great location: Has great access to South Bank, West End, and City. ・Cheap price: One-week discount booking was quite reasonable ・Nice coffee shop nearby: A cafe (Ripe) located on the ground floor is great. The coffee is wonderful and the staff working there are really friendly. Better try there once, at least. ・Secure car park: A bit narrow to park a car but secure parking, having good access to elevators.
We are satisfied with the hotel's offering considering the cheap price setting but if I try to say something, the following can be improved. ・Tidiyness: Some facilities are a bit dated especially around bathrooms. Water was a bit leaking around the shower head. ・Cleaning tools: If the stay is over 3-4 days, some customers would want to clean the floor by themselves; however, there were no such tools (like a broom).

The location is fantastic, right next to the river, the museum and good places to eat and have a drink. Public transport is very good in the area as well. The apartment was nice, had toiletries, diswashing liquid and detergent for the washing machine provided. The kitchen was good, nice fridge and all worked well. The drop key system and the instructions sent were great.
The apartment was on the second floor and lacked natural light, there were 2 toilets, but only 1 bathroom, not 2 as advertised, a bit misleading. One of the rooms is not really a room, it's part of the living area, just has a couple of translucent screens to close it, so the light from the living room and all the noise comes right in.

We found it perfect and completely satisfying. Our stay of 26 days was absolutely comfortable and much to our liking The apartment had all accessories and home equipment needed, and we have been happy memories of our stay, having returned back now to our country . May be the frequency of cleaning the apartment could be more than once or twice though we have no complaints as we maintained it very well and also the very polite and helpful staff gave us required refill of toiletries towels etc as and even needed.

I stayed at Morgan Suites during a 1 week vacation in Brisbane. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from South Brisbane station with direct train links to the airport and Gold Coast for the beach. The surrounding area feels very safe, including late at night, and had some great restaurants. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Brisbane CBD but in a very quiet area. The room had all advertised amenities and I felt the price was very reasonable for what they offer. Staff were excellent, friendly and gave great local tourist advice.
My room had a very strong and unpleasant smell emanating from the plug hole in the bathroom, which made using that room very uncomfortable. I would ask the management to investigate room 205 as the bathroom really wasn't acceptable. The tumble dryer also didn't work but this was less problematic. On the basis of the smell in the bathroom I likely wouldn't stay here again, which is a shame as the property is otherwise excellent.

Everything went smoothly and easily from check-in to check-out. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and had everything I needed. Even though it was winter, it was great to have the balcony with table and chairs. Although the sink in the bathroom was slightly blocked to begin with, I let the reception know, and within 30 minutes a friendly maintenance man came to fix it.
I'd chosen a "mountain view", and indeed a mountain was visible. The foreground wasn't so great, so a different view angle might have been nicer, but this isn't a big deal. It was still nice to have the balcony.

The location suited our needs well. It is just beyond the arts precinct so it was close to everything in South Bank, but still quiet at night. There was a free bbq and pool and plenty of room for two couples to stay together comfortably without getting in each others' way. We really liked the extra table on the verandah for additional space too.
The facilities were generally good, but at times we were searching for more plates and cutlery. Although they are advertised as serviced apartments, we didn't get any cleaning or fresh towels during the six nights we stayed there. Bring your own soap and shampoo: the stuff they provide was pretty ineffective.

Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, all was clean and quite new. A large shower. Having a clothes airer was very useful. Stored on the balcony but could also use it inside. The bed was comfortable and roomy. Both sides had power points for charger. All in all, a lovely place, very near to the cultural centre where we saw a concert and places quite nearby to eat and get coffee. IGA quite nearby too. Very quiet, little noise from other customers, could hear the trains, traffic and building sites, but this did not bother us, just in the background. Balcony was lovely, pleasant to sit at the sturdy table and chairs, lovely view but sheltered spot. We got air train from the airport and walked with our luggage to the Suites.
We didn't really cook, but having a grater and peeler would have been good. No place to hang the towels but we managed fine.

Good size 2 bedroom apartment with balcony + easy access location for things to do whether in brisbane or driving to other cities/islands -- Luckily we enjoy city atmosphere so did not mind train, car, emergency transport noises -- No flys or mosquitos due to being on 8th floor -- Plenty of carparks for guest staying but is tight for any wider/taller utes/kia carnivals etc. -- No problems with minor amount of homeless folks on street that mainly hang around for charity soup/food handouts
For room 803 @ 16 merivale, need a broom or dust pan, 1 nonstick frypan, more teaspoons (only 2 available), plastic tray to catch water under dish rack if in use, install steel individual towel hooks for bathrooms near showers if possible (we left 2 hard plastic ones for next guests), if possible opening windows in each bathroom to allow airflow + reduce any possibility of mould buildup, or airvents to turn on/off,

I loved that there were two double beds in separate rooms with their own ensuite. The beds were really comfortable. The unit had a stove and full-size fridge. We only stayed one night, but you could very comfortably stay longer. There is a veranda with a dining suite and a comfortable loungeroom. The windows must be double glazed as they cut out so much of the city noise, it was wonderful. The location is perfect for walking to QPAC and restaurants in the area. We specifically stayed to go to the theatre. Security parking is also available at an extra fee. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
