The apartment was clean and nicely appointed, but the main advantage was the view - over the river to the city of Brisbane - especially at night. It was handy having two bathrooms, with two teenagers in tow. We were able to separate the "king" bed in their room into two singles, and management provided additional bedding for this. The location is very good - close to the river, the Museum and Art Gallery, and an easy walk over the bridge into the CBD shopping centre.

There was fair warning that South Brisbane is undergoing a lot of construction, and they weren't kidding! During our visit (June 2023) it felt like every second building was under construction, including a site directly opposite where work started at 6.30 every morning. To be fair, the glazing in the apartment was excellent, and you could only really hear the noise when you opened the balcony doors. One small suggestion: if you provide a king-size bed with two bedside tables, please also include two functioning bedside lights! In the main bedroom there was only one inadequate lamp with a fashionable but impracticable yellow LED filament - impossible to read by!

The location was excellent in Southbank. Close to my work, close to restaurants, close to shops. I was on the 30th floor so the view was great, especially just after the festival. The room was very clean and it's so handy having washer/drier in each room! I love that the gym is open until 10pm, too.

The gym could be open earlier. 7am is really late, and I feel like 6am wouldn't disturb residents too much if there were guides about noise. The room layout was slightly odd, with the shower/toilet/washing by the kitchen instead of being attached to the main bedroom, but that's relatively minor. The chairs could have been slightly more comfortable, but the sofa was good.

The hotel is located in one of the most central and lively areas of Brisbane. There are lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, plus various museums and the riverside. We stayed on the 17th floor and had an amazing view on the city's skyline. The studio was very spacious for two and had a kitchen. The beds were very comfy and the air conditioning is a must in February. The pool had a great view too.

We didn't get any information on the parking situation before our arrival which could have been helpful. The apartment could have been cleaner too. The kitchen missed some basic appliances which would make it difficult to cook. And not to forget the construction works on the other side of the street. We were lucky enough to stay there during the weekend, but during the week it is probably noisy during the day. Good to know for the light sleeper, the window blinds are white and it gets very bright in the morning.

This hotel was in an amazing location! The room was a perfect size and was very comfortable! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The pool area didn't have any couches as was displayed on the website. Unfortunately the pool was also closed on one of the days due to the pool water being inappropriate. A few of the dishes in the kitchen were stained/needing to be replaced. Finally there is a lot of construction happening around the apartment which made it unpleasant to use the balcony/relax at the pool.

Location was pretty good, not far from Southbank, had a small balcony which overlooked a building site, but with a view of the city, very nice. All the facilities in the apartment worked and it was clean. Double glazing saved the day as well!

Not the apartment building's fault, but alot of things on southbank are shut during the week and for lunch, and there is lots of construction sites all through the city. Not only that, road construction as well! This made it hard to walk around, and noisy, starting at 6:30am!

The room first assigned to us was very smelly, apparently from the garbage shute outside. However, after mentioning this to the front staff they arranged another room which was fine. Lots of space in the apartment. Good view over towards the city but depending on the apartment it might be somewhat obstructed by the surrounding buildings. If the view is important to you best to request that in advance. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen facilities were pretty basic but fine for a short stay. Only a 10 minutes walk down to Southbank and the numerous wonderful restaurants there.

Just a suggestion, but if you could provide some items such as a sponge/tea towel/washing-up/laundry detergent it would be appreciated. Luckily, I had these things with me. Otherwise, I would have had to buy everything just for a week, which probably would've cost upwards of 30 dollars.

The friendliness of the staff and check in process was outstanding. The room was lovely and clean, view was excellent. Location was just perfect, absolutely perfect. I requested a high floor and early check in, both were accommodated. I couldn't fault this property at all. Would definitely stay there again. Had a small issue with Netflix connecting to the Internet, phoned reception, they gave me the Internet People's number, and again, outstanding service, fixed in less than 10min. Remarkable! Thank U :)

There was nothing, but if I did have to pick on something it would be the lounge in our room wasn't that comfortable to watch a movie, good to sit and chat, but not to get cosy.

Nice apartment in a great location with all that we needed. We Were able to walk to Southbank and the city easily. Comfortable bed and decent shower. We also had the top floor so had a good view looking west over the city and towards Mt Coo-tha. Overall it was a great deal and we would stay here again.

Not this venues fault but there is construction right next door that starts at 7am every morning so wasn't ideal for sleeping in but some ear plugs helped with that. The kitchen had basic plates and cutlery but no mugs or cups.

When I arrived, my room didn't have a great view and I asked if another was available facing Southbank and Jacob at reception kindly found me another room. He had great recommendations and the service was excellent. The view from my new room was outstanding, I could see the wheel. The gym and spa were great. It was easy to request more items such as tea, coffee and shampoo and I felt I had everything I needed. Note: the view doesn't look like it will last forever, there is a bit of construction about.

We loved the location and the view. The apartment was on the river side but looks like the view will be lost once the building across the road goes up. Was clean and comfy. Plenty of restaurants close by. Outdoor entrainment facilities were great and gym.

The shower leaked in the ensuite and shower handle inside door sharp broken plating. The T.V had a message pop up every minute. There were no oven trays. The plug in the kitchen sink didn't work. Tiles missing on the spa and exit rail broken made if feel unkept.
