The hotel is amazing, walking in to the beautiful lobby really begins your stay with a sense of luxury. The room was impressive with nice details and plenty of space, a comfortable bed, easy to use controls, and a very spacious bathroom. The piano bar managed by Hans was a great place to relax, and you were made to feel very welcome. You can get a meal in the piano bar or just relax with a drink or 2. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view, but it does get busy, so remember to book if you would like to go here for a meal. The rooftop pool is spectacular and a great place to relax, with the sauna and steam room close by, great for a lazy day at the hotel.

There are 2 things that could be better. The 1st.....we were in our room one of the days when it was serviced, and we watched the 4 wine glasses we had used be just cleaned by hand in the bathroom sink, then dried using one of the unused hand towels that was in the bathroom, maybe un used but it is still a towel in the room where people go to the toilet etc. Is this the same way they were washed before us from the previous occupant of the room? These should be going through a sanitising dishwasher after every use. The 2nd.....When ordering at the pool bar, you can use the QR code to order drinks that are brought to you, but you have to use your credit card and pay a surcharge, there is no option to charge back to your roon, this would be a good addition to this service.

Loved this hotel one of my favouriteeee in Brisbane. Facilities are just amazing and the rooms so spacious and classy.

Breakfast was standard, I thought would be better to be honest as everything is exceptional at the hotel

Fantastic room, staff went above and beyond. Nothing was a problem. Very dedicated and passionate staff. Meals were great in the Signature Restaurant and The Terrace. The Belle 'Epoque Patisserie for breakfast and lunch was great with a good selection for dine in and take away. Staff in the Piano Bar were knowledgeable and friendly. Front desk were efficient and quick. Concierge were on top of every request and assisted with a smile and without delay. The concierge staff seemed to be everywhere, holding lift doors open for guests, fluffing the couch cushions, obtaining and parking guests cars etc. They were like the energizer bunny, just kept going and going. 100% happy.

Amazing staff especially the guest relations manager Bobby who went absolutely above and beyond for my daughter and I.

Our room was positioned between the 4 lift shafts and was quite noisy... Bobby did everything he could even changing our room so the noise was decreased but was a definite downer for a hotel advertised as luxury. Would recommend a Riverview room when booking to avoid this... Mini bar was half full and room cleanliness was average. The hotel didn't fully meet my expectations, it is amazing if you don't mind skipping the finer details. I give the hotel a 4 star but the staff are a definite 5.

The hotel was everything we expected.

For $830 a night the room should have been in full view of the Brisbane river . The Hotel breakfast was not included which I think was not enough for $1665 for 2 night stay . I was very disappointed. I probably wouldn’t stay again,I think there is far better value along south bank or at least you will receive a better room & breakfast included for that money . Yes I could of complained just to be told you were fully booked because of the truck show which is what we were there for ourselves and I also booked this accommodation in 2022 so I expected a much better room .

Beautifully styled and decorated, staff were exceptionally accomodating, location was perfect, room was very comfortable, the pillow menu was fantastic, loved the double shower, room service menu was varied and well executed, views were lovely, ease of check in and check out, great provision of amenities, digital application of valet service, roof top bar was fantastic, piano bar was the highlight.

Seemed somewhat overpriced for the offering, original room provided was extremely noisy with the adjacent lift - requiring a move to another room, the decorative framing and glass cover for television caused a reflective glare on the television at certain times making viewing difficult.

The meals were excellent. Names I recall are Kierstein on desk and the Chilean Barista up in the Terrace as well as Ardhil up in the Terrace-they were fabulous. The pool and the elevators were real highlights.

I cant believe you still use the silly little plastic bottles in the bathroom. Most hotels of your class have converted to refillable bottles for soap etc. That was the only disappointment. Also, the music up in the Terrace in the evening was too loud. Otherwise all was excellent. We will be back!

Good location for the south bank. Great room - spacious, well equipped, comfy bed and pillows. Great view but you pay for the river view. Huge bathroom with shower and spa bath. Good hanging space. Bar area in room was a nice touch. Comfy sitting area by the windows. Overall a very funky Hotel. Rooftop bar excellent but don't think this works so well for breakfast. Staff all very friendly and helpful, particularly reception and concierge staff. Huge selection of eateries close by and lovely walks

Restaurant area on roof top may be good in better weather but expensive breakfast and not a huge selection. We chose to eat elsewhere after the first day.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff, at all levels. They went out their way to help make our stay enjoyable e.g. no live music at the Piano Bar but the waiter very professionally acknowledged this and mentioned a change in purpose for the bar. We were offered an additional wine and were helped to book a table at the very popular Terrace restaurant. The restaurant manager was equally as helpful, suggesting some live music bars close by. The Terrace bar and pool area have spectacular views and the food was delicious. A lovely place to have lunch.

A little thing but was a bit annoying. As the hotel was heavily booked, we could only reserve a twin room. The beds were okay in comfort but as the sheets were far too big for the bed and were very tightly tucked in, it was difficult to pull down the cover without totally pulling out all the sheets.

Loved the comfortable beds and the pillows were beautiful - soft but supportive at the same time. Lovely clean bathroom with spa bath. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The small sofa in the bedroom could have been cleaner. The lady at breakfast was friendly but almost seemed like we were being discouraged from ordering breakfast from the menu after the continental set up on the table. We had the feeling that we should not eat too much. At $40 per person, we felt that a buffet style breakfast would be better than the limited options on offer.
