after reading the comments, I was worried that it would be noisy, but instead it was one of the quietest hotels I ever stayed in. maybe it has to do with the room, ours was overlooking the street and not the highway. it was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and felt more like a home than a hotel. the shower was spacious and a big extra for me was the fact that they had davines products in the shower, which is the best professional hair brand! I liked the extra touches, like the ear plugs. it was super easy to check in and I found it very convenient that you do not have to carry a key with you. I enjoyed the app, the chat was really responsive and the suggestions around the neighborhood came up handy. the location was also the best. close to so many restaurants, cafes and bars, on a busy street that makes you feel safe at all times. I will definitely look for a sonder on other destinations. as a couple, we are quite "demanding" and many times we have changed room or even hotel because it was not up to standards. so to find something that we enjoyed so much, was a really pleasant surprise.

The quality of the room is really good. Customer support seemed quite responsive and fast through their app, same thing with the whole automated check-in thing. Wifi was speedy and stable. The location is amazing for a first time visit to Seattle, I was a 10 minute walk away of pretty much everything I wanted to do or see. All in all, I would come back to this Sonder, though perhaps would book another type of room that has a better view.

There is one glaring omission in this room -- there is a well equipped kitchen with no table whatsoever to actually eat or drink what you've cooked! It's really puzzling. The view of my particular room wasn't great, as it faced an office building some 3-5 meters away. If you put the sofa in the right spot, you could get a glance at the street, however.

Location was top, Sonder App fantasic, bed very comfortabel. Apartment is very new. Great kitchen.... but...

When we first checked in, there was no armchair in the room despite a photo of one in the apartment when I booked the place. I notified a Sonder representative who responded by saying that one will be put in the apartment at some later time. We also felt deceived by Sonder when there was a photo of your kitchen set-up (stove, sink, dishwasher, dish cabinets, etc) but no table and chairs in the room. Do people cook meals in the room and then sit on the floor or the bed to eat?

I stayed here with my boyfriend and we had such a comfortable time. pros: - walls were thick (I’m a very light sleeper) so I had a quiet snooze every light and loved every bit of it. - they made necessities like towels, hand soap, dish wash soap, ear plugs, toilet paper etc. easily accessible ( just an elevator ride away and you can grab what you need ) This made our trip that much better as we weren’t constantly purchasing these necessities or calling the office when we ran out or needed a change. - at one point we accidentally spilled an entire bottle of water all over our comforter and they went out of there way and sent us 2 completely new fresh blankets at midnight. fairly certain their staff had to drive in to do this task for us so we’re so beyond appreciative for their kind customer service. - the location is AMAZING. we were located near dozens and dozens of restaurants. you name the food, they’ve got it nearby! - beautiful rooftop view! wish they had heaters up above so we could sit out and enjoy the view but it was stunning nonetheless. - full supplied kitchen in case we wanted to stay in and cook ourselves.

cons: -on Friday and Saturday nights the club across the street was fairly loud and I did wear ear plugs which did muffle the noise a bit. this is out of their control though so I wouldn’t let this deter you away from this option for your stay.

stayed at pivot sonder, at first I was a little nervous coming all the way from canada and staying for a week. But I absolutely fell in love with the place. it was so clean and spacious. Even the kitchen had everything you needed. The building is really nice and the rooftop with the view is beautiful. As well, as the area was so nice right next to a mexican restaurant that was delicious and super close to everything. The app was super easy to use and it’s 24/7 they would answer with any questions or concerns I had in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place. Thank you sonder!

Sonder at Pivot is an apartment hotel on several floors in a contemporary building with young residents. My spacious, bright and comfortable room was fully and thoughtfully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances. The picture windows (which could be opened) looked out on the city with buses on Pine Street. Terrace on the roof and Neko Cat Cafe nearby!

I never met any staff members face-to-face. It took me a while to learn the various door codes, but the staff was gracious and quick to help via text or phone. Cable TV was a Ruku.

The room was nice. I liked how there were doors to make the bedroom a part of the space or close it off. Everything was super nice and very clean!

The beds were too soft for me. I didn't sleep well because of it and ended up with a neck and lower backache for the weekend and a couple days after I got back home. The window shades were opposite to me. Meaning the window had a 2/3, 1/3 split to them, but the larger window side had the smaller blind and the smaller window side with the part that opened for fresh air had the large blinds. So, if we wanted the window open for fresh air, we had to have the large blinds up and allow a lot of bright city lights to shine in the room. The room was loud from the city noises (but the supplied ear plugs were a nice touch), and very bright. Too bright to sleep well.

The apartment was really nice modern with 2 big windows floors to ceilings, very big Bathroom with lots of space.

I had I little problem with the online check-in because I did not see the message with introduction before my arrival and could upload my passport photo it’s was very complicated also I was locked outside my room because my cod did not work thank god I have my phone with me so when I call they gave me an emergency cod and all was good. The room that I booked did not match with the room I have but it was good any way.

Location was perfect! View from the rooftop was beautiful. The room view was well too and the room was nice and clean and comfortable. I liked the kitchen amenities and self-service room amenities in the hallway with water and lockers. Easy to get everywhere from the location. Would love to go back.

I deduct points because there is no employee in the building to help ppl out, only til 5pm. The elevator was having technical difficulties after hours and it made it very difficult to get to my room. Also there is not an option to have cleaning services. A full Gatorade bottle spilled all over the blankets the first day, and we slept like that til the very last night….. not great.

Location was perfect. Everything was walking distance. Hotel was just outside the busy part of downtown. The modern feel of the hotel felt nice and the view was great from our window at the 3rd floor. I changed my hotel last minute to this one, it was a little more but worth it.

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that may matter to someone is that I saw no staff around the time I was there. You just do everything yourself. Again, not an issue for us but just an FYI.
