W Seattle

Size and standard of the room was excellent and exceeded my expectation. It was nice and quiet in the room despite hotel being in the city centre. There was a cafe at the hotel to get breakfast from which was handy to get a small bite and a coffee before going out.

I had to pay to use the wi-fi which has not happened to me before even in lower standard hotels. For a price I paid and a standard of W hotel I would expect a free wifi especially when traveling overseas without a free data roaming.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and amazing down to the restaurant staff even remembering how I drink my coffee and knew me by 1st name. The entire hotel was extremely appealing to the eye. The beds were extremely comfortable (that's a huge one) the rooms are amazingly well laid out and roomy. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and playing tourist. This will be my go-to hotel while visiting in the future

Not a thing I didn't like.

Location was nice. Not a typical hotel with large lobby but nice and liked it that way. Room was okay. Hardwood floor would suit the room and style of the lobby better. Also for hygiene reasons..

Location is good. Walking distance to the peer and Pike Place Market if you are okay with the hilly situation in Seattle. Valet parking is overpriced but convenient traveling with kids and late arrival.

The room was large and had plenty of space, with a wide sectional able to fit two people comfortably reading or doing other things. Everything was spotless, and the concierge was helpful with any requests.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I was hoping, it's better than many other hotel beds I've slept on but it could have been better. Everything was a bit pricey (drinks, snacks, etc.) but they offered quite a variety in the room.

Staff were excellent and friendly. My partner tripped outside on the sidewalk and scraped her knee really badly, the front desk was able to get us first aid materials to patch her up! Room was clean and comfortable, location excellent for our needs.

Lack of full first aid kit. Concierge was able to get us a few small bandaids but not fully equipped. No room service for breakfast and no menu in room for dinner room service

Clean, modern, central location. High floors have beautiful city views.

Not that anyone can change this…The flow of the lobby was a bit chaotic and small for the number of things that need to be accessed from one path (front door in for arrivals, concierge desk, elevators to rooms and the front desk)but likely just due to large groups coming in at once.

Everything. The hotel was very well maintained and the staff very attentive. Absolutely loved the fireplace in the lobby and that music they played at night time. The food was good and the bar was a great place to hang out. I unfortunately didn’t catch the DJ but definitely plan on going back to enjoy one of those nights!!

I loved the location and how easy it was to walk to everything that was around. I also loved how music forward W Seattle was, from the atmosphere in the lobby to the possibility of being able to go into the recording studio. I loved it.

I didn’t like that one side of the buildings doors were closed and locked the entire time I was there. I didn’t enjoy the fact that the rooms themselves didn’t have fridges or microwaves.

Again SO MUCH TO PRAISE THE W FOR! Happy, helpful staff, super comfortable, very clean, and nice touches like changing out the elevator mats from Good Morning to Good Evening (yes, that kind of thing gets noticed) all made our stay delightful, and we'll gladly stay again next time we visit Seattle.

My family of four (parents and two teenage kids) really liked the W. The only complaints we're about minor things: 1) There was only an espresso machine in the room. Fine for one of us, but three we're hoping for herbal and regular tea to be available. 2) While there are so many great food options in Seattle, we wished there was a better restaurant or cafe in the hotel with reasonable prices. Starbucks was across the street (very handy), but a spot when we could get a soda, a tofu spring roll, cinnamon roll, or cheeseburger until about 10 p.m. would be great.

Location was great, room was very clean.

We asked for more coffee and bottle waters (called twice), they were very gentle on the phone, but never brought up to our room.
