Bed was super comfy and my room was clean and spacious. All rooms have bathtubs, which is really nice after a long day. I used the gym - it was relatively large for a hotel gym, with good ventilation, and not crowded. I didn't try breakfast. Main thing: the staff is really wonderful. Super friendly and helpful, moreso than the average hotel imo as a frequent traveler.
The booking site said they have room service, but then i got a message from the hotel saying they don't have room service, but then at the hotel i saw some dishes outside a room that suggested they might have room service? Not a big deal but if room service is important, call and verify before booking.

A bit pricey but was the most reasonable in the area at the time that had high ratings. Wasn't notified ahead of time that the bathroom had a handicap shower and it was inconvenient since there was no wall/door, only a curtain so everything got wet. Will check later if that was put in the description. Also a bit strange there was no notepad/pen anywhere and I needed one but it wasn't a big deal.

The overall area it was located in, was perfect for what we wanted! They let us check in early, which was a nice surprise! Just over all good experience for sure
The restaurant. Honestly the food was good, but the service was not the greatest and what I mean by that, was long long wait times, sometimes forgetting our order and kept coming back asking what we wanted. It was hard to just get a cup of water. But other than that food was good and they were nice.

Although I stayed four nights I did not get housekeeping service, even after I requested it by phone and in person at the front desk. That meant I didn't get new coffee supplies, while my used ones sat in the trash in the small room. At those prices, over the course of five days, one would appreciate a quick tidy up and a couple packets of creamer. Disappointing.

We liked the complimentary executive lounge. Chuck, the Bell Captain, went above & beyond to help us get a taxi, meet our uber, store our luggage & overall was an exceptional asset that resulted in agreat vacation.
We felt the hotel was a bit pricey. Also the load & unload area was a little dangerous. Chuck definitely helped to the best of his ability with that.

Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable.
My room was located on the 14th floor, at the very end of the hallway. There had apparently been some kind of water damage to the room with the ice machine in it. Every time I stepped out of the room, I saw the evidence of it and there was a strange smell.

We decided to book with Hilton Seattle after a not so great experience at another hotel. Hilton Seattle was phenomenal. Since we were traveling, they were able to hold our luggage until check in and for our later departure that was after checkout. The room was sparkling clean and the price was very fair and made me wish I booked at this hotel in the first place. The staff was amazing and made our stay even better. Thank you Hilton Seattle for an awesome experience. I will definitely return in the future and recommend to anyone I know planning to visit Seattle!

Spacious, well kept room in floor 23 - Amazing city view. The bed is a dream come true, the hotel is perfectly located in downtown Seattle, close to everything you need for a perfect stay. Classy and sober decoration as you would expect from Hilton. Coffee and high quality amenities in the room are a plus.
Housekeeping is upon request, and I wasn't told this during check in. Hence, my room did not get serviced during my short stay. Also, bathrooms could use some renewal.
