Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus East - Reynoldsburg, an IHG Hotel

The rooms were very clean and had everything that I needed in the room for my stay, it was a big plus that the bed was super comfortable,. I also was pleased that it was quiet with no noise at night or loud guest, liked the pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower instead of the little tiny bottles, I would like to add that parking also was not an issue.

I was unable to eat breakfast because there were no non dairy options for milk or other foods. Please consider a few vegan options for people that have other dietary needs. Also the pillows on the beds were hard and I woke up with a headache. The water in the pool was freezing and after being in the water it never really warmed up, it was difficult to enjoy.

The whole place smelled clean! All the employees were friendly! Nice pool but really cold! Very comfortable beds! Excellent water pressure! Probably the best I've ever had in a hotel! The bathroom was a good size! The shampoo/conditioner n lotion smelled so good! Over all a nice place! I would recommend it n if in the area again I would stay there!

We didn't have an ice bag in our ice bucket. No coffee stirrers for the coffee in our room. No laundry bag. The iron cord was sloppy wrapped n iron had water in it! No laundry bag for our dirty clothes. There was a wash cloth between my mattress n the box spring. Thought that was weird. We didn't have a remote control but the guy at the desk went n got us one. My sheet was put on my bed inside out The room obviously was not swept but didn't matter because the carpet was ugly lol. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I had to spray my perfume several times to kill that smell.! There was a table n only one chair. Would have been nice to have 2 so we could both sit at the table and eat our pizza! Just some little things but nothing to really complain about!

Front desk staff both day and nite were friendly and warm. The pool was NICE and I like the sign up process! Had the pool to ourselves! The overall cleanliness of the hotel was on point. The food was hot and tasted great! The location was perfect ...the dollar tree across the street was useful to grab what I had forgotten. Overall the good outweighed the bad.

The guy serving breakfast was passive aggressive, callus, and you could tell he didn't want to be there. The QUEEN beds were really a full but apparently by "IHG standard" they pass as a queen. Drawer, refrigerator, and shower curtain wouldnt stay closed, and there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower.

I liked how friendly and professional the staff was. We liked the comfortable beds and pillows. The temperature was easily adjustable and very comfortable, There was not enough help, so the entire staff was running around trying to cover the bases for everything. They were short one person for cleaning the rooms, so they helped by running up to bring towels and empty the trash when we called. Suggestion: they need to hire at least one person cleaning on each of the three floors.

I did not like the fact that the rooms were not more sound proof. Several veterans were there for a Memorial Day celebration at the nearby Legion. We had to call the front desk before they went to their own rooms and quieted down; they were up late enjoying war stories together and some just happened to be next door to us. We did not enjoy having to call before someone came to get the trash and give us fresh towels even though we had filled out the request to service the room each day. We were gone for hours each day but returned to a room with no service all day.

The breakfast was good. Nautica, the woman working the breakfast room was so helpful. Nautica hooked us up with some milk when the coffee creamer ran out. She is a true asset to your organization. We also appreciate having a room on the first floor near a door that led right out to the dog run.

The coffee cream supply ran out the first morning we were there & was never replaced. The only creamer left was hazelnut or french vanilla - ick!

just a good place to stay.a place to sleep and go to work.

theres not much to write here.one day they were on time for breakfast.and the other day we left without even coffee

Hotel staff friendly, hotel very clean.

Requested first floor due to traveling with pets, and was told that was no problem an upon checking in we got put on the third floor. It was an inconvenience.

The bathroom had mold the shower head was loose I tried to give the manager a hand shake n to say hi to him he acted like I had something he was rude

all the staff were great 👍 👌 👏 😀

There were quite a few choices for breakfast that made everyone us very happy! I would choose this hotel again. Staff was very nice and very helpful.

Could have been hand soap to wash your hands.

It was really quiet and clean and the staff was very friendly. Also the beds are great

The only downside is that I was supposed to have king sized room and got two queens instead
