A clean, comfortable and safe place to spend a few days.

I went out and came back at two in the morning. The front door was locked and my key didn't work. I had to call the attendant to let me in. The attendant didn't check to see why my key didn't work. I wasn't given a replacement key. I went up to my room on the second floor with the same key that didn't work at the front door. Sure enough, the key didn't work at my room door either. I had to come back downstairs to get a replacement. No apology was given for the inconvenience.

Convenient to the airport and the venue we were going to. The staff we communicated with were helpful.

The 1 bedroom was at the opposite end from the elevator on the 2nd floor and the close steps with 2 bags was inconvenient and the entrance door at that end was hit or miss on whether your key card worked. Not a great experience in the rain.

Liked the fact that there was the capacity for a kitchenette, the accommodations were fine. Staff and clients were nice, not to mention it was surrounded by a wonderful neighborhood to take the pups out for walks.

The only issue with the rooms allocated for pets smelled like urine from said. People should not leave pets in room indefinitely as they have routines to stick with. There are not bad pets only bad humans in my book.

Quiet, convenient location.

Staff was supposed to email receipt for bill, they never sent it. Booking.com charged a lower price then what the hotel charged to my card.... about an additional $10 over what was booked. Dusting of room corners and window sills needs some attention.... cobwebs and dusty.

Booking.com had not sent my reservation to the hotel, hours after I had paid. The hotel was very accommodating and gave me another solution that included paying for my room. They gave me all the information I needed to get the refund within 24 hours. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. There was a partially stocked, small kitchen in my room that made me wish I was staying longer. I'd return again- just for the comfortable bed!

the rooms were very big and had everything you could need! the lady at the deck at about 9pm had short hair it was in 10-19-22 she was amazing and helped in anyway she could. everyone was so friendly. the hotel was so clean

just wished it had a pool or hot tub that’s it. it was perfect

Super convenient. The bed was amazingly comfortable. All was clean. And the front desk helped us get in the front door when we were shuffling dogs and bags.

Not a biggie,but the key cards had issues holding their ' codes'.

Every single employee greeted my friend and I every time we saw one. I've never stayed in an extended stay hotel type of place but I imagine the kitchen is very handy on trips where you might stay more than a night or two.

This was a last minute booking, only stayed for one night and I literally have no complaints. Staff was very friendly, my room was very clean, and I was extremely comfortable. I would definitely book again if I’m in the area!

No complaints! I would definitly return and it would be perfect for more than a one night stay.

The drive to Ohio Stadium was a little farther than anticipated so Uber cost a bit more but still worth it!
