Executive Suites

Room was clean and close to the elevator. Hallway smelled really good all the time. Staff was nice when we had interaction with them.

That staff didn't enforce masks for people walking in/out of hotel. Pool was closed the second day we were there. No hand sanitizer in the elevator, and constantly smelling like weed whenever we used the elevator. You were able to hear the people above us walking around all the time. Back parking lot entrance didn't work with your key card.

Good location, which was away from the road. The room was very big and had various useful facilities.

Luckily we were waking up early on the day, however it would have been very annoying otherwise and we could hear the shower and bathroom facilities of the room next door which were unbelievably loud.

room was dirty! trash between dresser and wall, carpet dirty air conditioner super loud, for what we had to pay per night that is unacceptable.

Chris, the overnight manager was so polite and accommodating! We had tire problems on our way to town and didn’t arrive for our booking until 1am. He made our arrival and check in as fast and easy as possible! My family and I thank you! Pat

The room was set to 65 degrees. Had to turn on the heater for a few minutes. 70, would have been fine.

rooms large and comfortable. easy access from I-70. restaurants within walking distance or short driving distance. decent breakfast.

coffee not pavailable 24/7 as advertised. there were no coffee cups in the dining area. one of the juices was just flavored water. the elevator was out of service.

It was an easy check-in. The room was clean and fully stocked. The room was bigger than I expected and the layout was nice. I didn't expect 2 separate areas. I liked that the elevator was so clean as was the hallway! It made me feel safe being alone with my kids.

The carpet boarder is pulled up on one spot. They left the key for the utility closet in the door and it was unlocked. With kids, that's not the most ideal. I had to search to figure out how to turn on the bedroom lights (not a major deal) and the tv remote for the bedroom was behind the bed. I only found it when getting into bed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The TVs were nice and the room was spotless

Breakfast was a little cheap. Not a lot of hot food options. Bed was too soft

The hotel was clean but when walking in we were hit with a strong smell of perfume and unfortunately while not allergic both myself and my husband are sensitive to perfumes. It was very unpleasant any time we were in the hallways and especially close to the front desk. Also, not sure if the hotel is trying to save money on the light bill, but there were like no lights on behind the desk, and with the addition of the plexiglass partition (thank you COVID) it just created an extra (and slightly unsettling) barrier between staff and guests

The front desk clerk was very accommodating. He was pleasant and helpful.

There were people blocking the entrance and were not asked to move by hotel staff. It was very inconsiderate and inconvenient.

Close to family and a lot of places to eat in the area

Traffic can be heavy during certain parts of the day
